Waited at the entrance for about a minute because a van blocked it-- facing the wrong direction just close enough to the ONLY two parked cars in the lot so I couldn't enter--while dropping an employee off. I made a small order #3, she had me repeat much of it. I asked if she got the sauces I ordered and was told yes. The cashier in DT forgot what type of drink someone else corrected her before I got it and the sauces. When I returned to get them, she handed them to me while looking elsewhere and dropped one on the ground. I picked it up. Then, I found plastic in the cole slaw, see attached. Please train people better. I'm sure I'm not the only one getting bad service every time I go.

I ordered & paid for a 2 piece white meal...what got was an 1 piece & a I don't know where this wing came from,but it was about the size of 2 packets of ketchup,purely ridiculous, I mean seriously.....close down If yall have to resort to not giving customers what they pay for...I called back to voice my issue with manager & she was the most nonchalant...clearly ignoring me...

Ordered for delivery the dasher called us to tell us that the store was closed at 9:15. Store hours states open until 10pm. They are very rude and unprofessional all the time. I feel like corporate should step in and make the changes that need to be madeService: 1/5
I give this KFC 0 star This KFC needs new Leadership the Manager possibly: Keith the cashier 24 March @ 1:30p. I walked in the Manager looks back while making tea and goes back to making tea. I was not in a rush so I waited patiently. Another staff member comes from the back and greets me. The staff member says, “there is a customer that’s up front…!” The Manager states, “I’m making tea, he can wait…” Me: Did not mind because the fact was, I was just wasting time and getting something to eat before my appointment. The Manager: What can I get you. Me: 12 piece hot wings and fries. The Manager: that will be $20.20. Me: Here you go… The Manager: return my change. Me: Thank you sir, I appreciate it; have a great day. The Manager: yeah! Yeah! I wanted to ask his name, but I did not want to escalate anything. As a manager of an establishment; somethings need to be kept from the public. Like your attitude towards your staff. I could clearly see that there was conflict between staff members. And the manager could NOT work through his feelings to treat a customer polite. This KFC needs training on EQ, conflict resolution, and cultural training and possibly many other areas.

Awful, my order was sitting on the counter and all I had to do was pick it up, already paid for, walked out. I don't recommend this place to anyone, save your money, go elsewhere

The most rude, ghetto place ever. The tall, dark skinned lady running the drive thru today kept cutting me off while ordering. When I told her to give me a minute to speak, she said excuse me. I repeated myself and she said let me turn this speaker off. So I pulled off and up the window and her ghetto self was running her mouth 90 miles a minute. No customer service whatsoever. I can only imagine what she would have done to my food if I had ordered. Clearly she hates her job.
