Best KFC experience ever. I felt bad coming in about 10 minutes before close I was just off work myself, but that staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the prices for the amount of food on these new boxes and buckets you can't compete with. Will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
I ordered a 6 piece hot wings with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The cashier was nice asked me to park because they had to drop more chicken. I said ok and I parked 10 minutes later she brought me my food. I went home bite into my wing and it was just as pink as can be my wings was under cooked… I called 6 times no answer I was going to take it back I just dropped it in sum grease and finished cooking it! I will not be returning there. Customer service was great, food not on point
Fresh chicken seasoned just right not too much seasoning. Used the app to order ahead & order was ready and waiting on time. Order was correct. The only problem is you need a 4 wheel drive to get through the parking lot which belongs to other stores in the plaza. Not the fault of KFC obviously the landlord's responsibility.
Can't get an order correct... at all!! Multiple times.... over 5.. no sauce and I can't understand them 90% of the time. Horrible service.
My issue is with the app. It doesn’t give the options to order mixed chicken and type of chicken. I wanted a mix with original and grilled. I also wanted just chicken breast and thighs only. It just makes it more convenient to be able to pickup and go. Now I have to go there to pace the order and wait.Food: 5/5
If I could give them 0 stars I would, first and issue at the drive thru 15 cars , once I get to the window I try getting the 8 piece guy at window said 27$ plus the tax when there is a picture saying 2 for $ 5.99 I went inside a told the manager not only was she supossed to honor what they advertised, buy the machine went down waiting 30 minutes to be able to ordered. End up leaving what a disgrace of a place and customer service completely 0 at all. Need to change everyone that works it hasn't been the only time.
I go thru the drive thru place my order in wich i specified to the lady ONLY CHEESE... I WAITED ALMOST 15 MIN FOR MY FOOD i get gome and the order is all wrong ‍‍‍Food: 1/5
Worst kfc in South florida. Always out of Xtra crispy chicken. And when they finally have it they give you dark meat when you ordered white meat. Obviously it's too hard of a job to read the screen and put the chicken in the da** box. Zero stars is what they deserve.Food: 1/5

I went to this location on 5/19/2023 around 10pm last night I spent $56 only to get home and missing a sandwich and my 2 famous bowls had no chicken on them. On top of that the girl that was taking the order was rude af. Even after we asked if everything was in the bags. I've been trying to get in contact with the store but nobody picks up the phone.
