I just started frequenting this location because like many fast food restaurants, you never know if one is a good one or a bad one. This is a very good KFC. They are always friendly and fast and my orders are right and nice and hot. The store is clean and this is a KFC that I trust to be consistently good.
Thats the second time I have been there and got old and hard chicken. I got an order of popcorn chicken, half of them you couldn't bite thru. When I decided to try again thinking it might have been an off day giving them the benofit of the doubt. I got a bucket of 8 pieces original and I tried the popcorn chicken again. When we got home the chicken tasted old like the grease had not been changed, the popcorn chicken again was way over cooked and hard. I will not be going back.
I decided to go to this location because I was in the area. My family and I are so grateful we did!! Mr. Billy made the experience go from average to extraordinary! I could hear the smile in Mr. Billy’s voice as he took my order. It’s Sunday and Mr. Billy was genuinely happy to help. Mr. Billy definitely makes this location stand out. My order was correct and fresh.
First off, BRAVO! The staff especially Billy and Camila were so kind and sweet and helped us check ingredients on the apple pies to make sure my kiddo with food allergies could eat them. He could!!! Their restaurant was so clean, restooms and all! Our food came fresh, hot and so quick and let me just say that even my husband so rarely verbalizes compliments said it was the best KFC he has had in a very long time. We ate, and went on our way and thanks to one special employee, we had hot and ready apple pies waiting for us for dessert! We will def be back for more reasons that just to eat! **no pics to add to this review because we ate EVERYTHING and enjoyed the heck out of it!**
Billy did an outstanding job. Very friendly & great hospitality. Food excellent. It was prepared just the way I remembered as a child with family on Sunday afternoons.
Advertising meals but can only avail order online. Went thru drive thru and refused to the order.
Was craving some fried chicken. Placed an online order with KFC and when I got there pulled up to the order area. Was told I had to come in to get the order. Really?? I have to park my vehicle, grab my cane, and hobble inside. Got home and pulled out the chicken. I know it is fried, but this chicken was really really greasy. Don't think I will be back to this KFC.
Poor customer service and messed up the order. I asked for a number 8 and got the 7 highly disappointed. And there was hair in the food
They currently do not have highchairs. But the crew and manager were very kind.
We wanted to eat it there but their dining room was closed. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and my wife got the regular one. Their packaging was not marked and sitting in the dark in the parking lot eating in our car, we couldn't tell which was which until we discovered we got eachothers sandwich. The staff was quit friendly and sure to put a smile on anyone's face. I just wish they had their dining room open and had marked the sandwiches better.
