One star would be a compliment, the staff was so disrespectful and rude, the amount of foul language was ridiculous, they where handing out free food to there friends and we were told we had to waite for them to make more chicken. they didn't hide that they where giving free food to there "homies" my kids don't need to hear such language and see such disrespectful treatment towards seniors. I've always thought it was a decent establishment until today.. will not be going back. Nor my family or friends.

My food was good but my husband's food wasn't good. The sides were cold the biscuit was hard and his chicken tenders were hard and cold too! The employee wasn't very helpful when my husband was asking about the different meals choices!!

Love the chicken at this location! There is sometime a 20-30 minute wait due to supply and demand but it's worth the wait. The chicken is always well cooked and crispy. And the sides never disappoint. Always good service.

Super low service and there not even busy I’m literally waiting on a 5 pc I ordered on my way said it was done but it wasn’t and the female worker that “helped me” was extremely rude

Overall good service and quality food. Location is very clean. However, the location could be better staffed. The cashier does double duty and helps with the orders. So, the register counter is left unattended. You will have to wait a minute before ordering. Don't expect to be in and out. One very good thing is how the cashier washes his/her hands every time before handling food.

First and last time at this location. We has tasteless over cooked chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like paste and the biscuits were hard and crusty. They need to improve the quality of the food

I ordered the big box and the food was cold and stiff. The fries were soggy and cold. The bisquit was hard as a rock. The chicken strips were cold and rubbery. I don't know how they can be serving food this way to paying customers.

Went Wednesday afternoon to buy food and order 3 piece chicken with breast was charged $1.99 extra for the breast and didn’t get it. First time going and not going back. There’s a lot of young employees working & obviously need a little more training. Plus the food very expensive and they don’t have any sanitizer available. The only good thing is they have a big fan & a air purifier I think it is. ‍

Very disappointed by service and availability of original chicken. Ordered 2 piece meal, then I was told they have no original chicken and don't plan on making any. If I could give a zero I would both of the times that I have gone there always missing a mac & cheese mashed potato the biscuits are always hard My chicken as well no flavor and it feels like it’s been there all day long I’m paying $45/50 bucks for a family meal I expect for all my food to be in my bags every time I have called back in the old I’m sorry I have gone in there like oh well we don’t have no more macaroni and cheese what do you mean you have no more macaroni and cheese and we’re not gonna make any until maybe later on today really they need a better manager and staff
