I see why this location has such low ratings. I asked for a 3 piece with biscuit.  Got 3 thighs that were old and inedible.  No biscuit.  No receipt.  I will never go to this Location again but will try another.Food: 1/5

The staff was good at taking my order, but that's where the "good" ends. My chicken tenders were cold and chewy. I purchased the 8 pack tenders only, and it was just shy of $20. With two famous bowl meals $8 each, came with a soda, this was a very disappointing, overpriced, unsatisfying $38 meal. Went through the drive through, so atmosphere doesn't count for much.  I was really paying for convenience with this visit - willing to sacrifice money and nutrition - because of a long day. I don't think I'll be back again, it was not worth it.

When k went through the drive through they initially said the standard offer. When I said my order they straight stopped responding, then hid in the back. Two other cars waited and left. Strongly suggest they fire the people working today.Food: 1/5

I've been Dashing for a good while now, and this place is by far the worst restaurant I've been to yet. The closing shift manager was a complete tool. He had given the order I was there to pick up to the wrong person and even after I show that I'm the dasher and that I was there to pick up the order he completely blew me off and refused to make the order. He was also super disrespectful and hostile towards me for not being able to hear him even though I'm almost fully deaf.

Biscuits were old and hard which is very disappointing. Everyone knows when u go to KFC u want your biscuits to be fresh!!! So that was a big let down .  And than also I asked for original chicken and received extra crispy, and that wasn't fresh either. Seems like every time I go to KFC it's never a good experience and that's why I stopped goin for so long, and here I thought I would give it another try and I was let down. The bathrooms were really dirty, and on top of that the employee at register was on her phone And talking while taking out order. Should have left when she kept telling us to hold on so she could here her friend talking. But we were hungry so decided to try it out, but should have listened to our instincts and ate somewhere else.

Check your order for missing biscuits at the drive through.  Your kids will be disappointed when you get home to notice no biscuits.

There is never anything wrong with Kentucky Fried Chicken. I come from 20 miles in the opposite direction just to get some. It's that good. Actually it's Finger Licking GoodFood: 5/5

I'd give zero stars if I could. Waited 20 mins for two of the "famous bowls" both supposed to be spicy. They arrived and we found that one was swimming in a puddle of oil and the other had what looked like red hot haphazardly splashed across half the chicken and the mashed potatoes.

When I walked in they had very little customers, but it took the staff 3-5 mins before they asked me what I wanted to order. However they did help me decide on my meal. After ordering i tried to find a seat but almost every table covered in food and/or garbage. The floors were also sticky as if they had not been cleaned properly. And as I mentioned earlier I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. During the 30mins I was there nobody even tried to come clean up. When I got my food they gave the wrong order, an order that should have left the restaurant at least 15 mins earlier. The food was good but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location.

They always mess up our order, and we have to always come back and than the food is cold. Online ordered. They just need to look at their tickets closer. They remade our food.Food: 2/5
