Unfortunately, this is the first KFC I've been to where the crispy chicken was overcooked! I can't believe how dry the chicken was. I couldn't even finish it. It tasted awful. The mashed potatoes was good and the biscuit was great, but so disappointed in the chicken. The whole reason I went there was for the chicken. The fries we got were also overcooked and unedible. The chicken tenders were also super dry... someone needs to monitor the cooks! Hard to show what it tastes like...the chicken i already threw away. Waste of money...
Don't bother putting in an order ahead of time, thinking you'll save time. The GrubHub "location designated for pickup" is the drive thru in line after other joe trying to get dinner. I waited 45 minutes from when I pulled up, to when it was my TURN to have service. I'm appalled that service has gotten this terrible. DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! I've had very good experience in years past with this KFC.
I've been disappointed by this location many time but tonight takes the cake... My "large" mac and cheese was barely half full. My kids got one small scoop each and none left for anyone else.
Went here for dinner and asked for the $6 special with a leg and thigh side pop and cookie. We were told it had 2 sides so we were like oh, picture shows one. He said nope comes with 2. I get my total and it's $18. There seemed to be a language barrier so I just let it go. We later read online that this is happening to many people. We didn't need a second side. We wanted the $6 meal. Seems like something fishy is going on here. I know times are tough but don't con me. Just don't have signs up offering the deal if you don't want to honor it.
We stopped here awhile ago, looking forward to having some really good tasty lunch. We were hoping they were open on the inside, but still didn't mind going through the drive-thru. Especially since, it was not too busy. I decided on the 2 piece chicken meal. With mashed potatoes and baked beans as the two sides. Of course having a biscuit completed my meal. I couldn't wait to get home to devour my meal. What I liked was how fresh everything tasted. Nothing tasted better than fresh tasting fried chicken that I could devour in minutes, especially since I was really craving it. The baked beans and mashed potatoes, really did taste warm and fresh. Plus the biscuit tasted as if straight from the oven. So good to go back, especially to try a chicken little sandwich.
The day we went they were short staffedlike everywhere so we had to use the drive through. Food was good as it always is. The 1 person working that day was great, very friendly and enjoyable to work with.Food: 4/5
After going here a handful of times and having the same experience, I highly suggest avoiding this KFC at all costs. After repeatedly having my order wrong, I started asking for a receipt and now I see that the orders are getting typed in wrong so of course they’re being delivered wrong. Also, I’m not sure when KFC changed to made by order but the last few times I’ve gone, I’ve had to pull around front to wait. It wouldn’t be that bad of an issue if they didn’t mess up the first order causing me to reorder and wait again. A total of 27 minutes was spent at KFC today. Definitely not fast food or worth the hassle anymore.
Best KFC in MN!! The place was very clean looks new, food was perfect and the staff was off the charts awesome! Yes, Yes, Yes!!!
This location should be shut down. I tried it 2 months ago and the chicken was old and dry like it sat under heater for hours. I tried to give this location a second chance and had even a worse experience. Not only was the chicken super dry that it was dark brown that I ended up giving it to my dogs. The mashed potatoes and corn made me sick for a day and a half. Nothing like food poisoning to make you never want to go back again.
Food was barely edible, it was either overcooked or has been sitting around for hours. They can't follow directions. We did online ordering and they messed up with dipping sauces, gave us one packet of ketchup. The dr.pepper was horrible. And these are the same people who think they deserve a "living" wage. If I did my job they way they do people would be dead.
