20 dollar box is pretty good. The lady at the counter seemed a little frustrated when we went up to ask for the sauces that were not in the box almost like she didn't want to get them. I've definitely had people there more willing and kind help so I think it still deserves 4 stars but the lady behind the counter could be a little more kind.
IMO, fast food places should be solely reviewed based upon service. The food you get is exactly what you expect. It's just OK. However, the service was great here, quick, and precise.Food: 4/5
Not worth the price you pay....the service is poor and food is okay. If you are lucky then you get a burned piece. There are much better place out.Food: 1/5
Stop on the road for something to take and eat while driving. So, what is easier or better than KFC chicken tenders. In fact, I ordered two because they are that good. All KFCs are regular stops for Mr. From pot pies to cheese curds A&W/KFC I am almost a weekly patron of the Colonel.Food: 4/5
Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. When I went it the vibe was very relaxing chill and one person was just there using the free wifi on their laptop no big deal. I'd consider this a chill environment to enjoy your KFC use that bathroom and have some wifi if you need :.Food: 4/5
Came through the drive thru and ordered a 16 pc meal & a 8 piece meal, the lady on the intercom seemed annoyed! After ordering one thing I was always hit with the “Is that all” “is that it” like it sucks being rushed ! Getting to the window the same lady that was on the intercom was the lady taking my payment she had her AirPods in one ear and her work headphones in the other ear my receipt says the cashiers name is Montanah but I’m not sure if that’s her name or not... Her vibe was just automatically negative, when I asked if she wouldn’t mind repeating my order she just looked at me and sighed and quickly repeated it. I feel if she’s gonna have a negative attitude she shouldn’t be talking to customers! Hopefully the CEO of KFC reads these reviews and give proper training. Or least talk to her. Cause she came off extremely negative! The wait time for chicken is crazy. You’d think when you see the chicken is running low someone would throw new ones in so by the time the last batch is done they would toss the new ones in.
The employees were amazing, the a e was vary clean. My only reason for not 5 stars is that although the food was good, at no fault to the employees the portions for the "large sides" have shrank considerably! All in all a good experience!Food: 4/5
Jakobi is super rude . I try and avoid going there now because of him . I went there and they forgot one of my kids meals by the time I noticed I was home already so I called they said it was ok to go the next day . When I went He was there he made it seem like I was lieing about the 4$ kids meal and was just trying to get a kids meal for free . He seems very miserable and like he hates his job . A total shame
KFC..use to be one of my very favorite fast food places..until a few yrs ago. They no longer have good food! Nothing is the same! A couple yrs ago I ate KFC. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! So I stopped going there..until yesterday..I thought maybe..they made some improvements..I ordered the potato gravy & nugget bowl.. OMG!! WOW!! HORRIBLE!! The potatoes were RUNNY!! NO..ZILCH..NADA..FLAVOR! The gravy at KFC was always my favorite..BUT..NOW!! WOW!! IT TASTED LIKE CARDBOARD!! THE NUGGETS...NOTHING BUT GRISSEL!! I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY. AND GO GET SOME REAL FOOD!! KFC..HAS BECOME THE VERY WORST FAST FOOD PLACE OF ALL!! NEVER AGAIN!!
this place always sucks when my bf&i come here. either ingredients are always wrong or we wait 20 min in the parking lot for food. by the time the 20 minutes is up, we go inside and they completely forgot our order, TWICE. i hate this place
