I went here last night,I asked for mashed potatoes and he asked us twice to make sure we wanted mashed potatoes. I come home and they have us coleslaw. Why double check with us and still get the order wrong. I ordered a 12 piece crispy chicken bucket. We didn't get one breast not one. It was mostly thighs. I wish they told us they were out of breast because we would have left.
This was the LAST time I go to this location! They shorted me for the THIRD time in a row. I ordered a 12 piece bucket and I got 11 pieces. The other 2 times I ordered and paid for a 16 piece and they gave me 12 both times. Pretty sad I go there 3 times and they short me 3 times. COUNT YOUR CHICKEN BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!Food: 1/5
Everyone has a bad day even businesses. Even The people who work there... was waiting for my food I had some of my order.... notice my fries was not tasting right. I politely let someone behind thecounter know. I've been in this situation before wasn't expecting much. What happen was truly amazing. They acknowledged my concern and someone from management must have tried the fries because they quickly pulled the new fries from the fryer and started the process dumping the oil. Long story short I got a fresh fries which I had to wait for. I was shown gratitude by the staff for pointing out a potential disaster for the night. I was impress at how quickly the staff responded. The fries weren't terrible just didn't seem right and never once was I treated like a disgruntled customer searching for handout.... Yes I gave the food a 3 stars because it wasn't right the first Time. Second time was a Charm and KFC fries were back to the five star flavor. I love KFC French fries. Service was impeccable....
This kfc sucks! 8p ran out of chicken not even making any. They lost so many customers right now driving away. People in line in lobby waiting for their orders. Definitely not coming back here. Shouldn't be getting any star @ all! But, only way to post my review is to give a star. Wasted 15mins & no one even ask if I got help.
Everything was good until we checked our pick up order and noticed that part of it wasn't there chicken tender meal We were missing sides for that meal and mngr seemed annoyed when we asked for them then we asked for sauces that were supposed to come with it we were told we would have to pay extra for them. When we told him that they were supposed to come with the meal he was fine. All turned out well in the end, they were cranking so overall I think they did well. Ps They forgot the gravy.
I ordered Uber eats last month, and with the kids, we always get the biggest family meal and add on me sides. $83+ I spent, and the Uber driver showed up with 2 bowls of something and a drink. Mined you, they put a giant receipt stabled to the bag with your name really big on it so you can find it in the pick rack there on the counter. It was the wrong name that won't order, and she blamed it on KFC, which I knew was I lie because she said that is what they handed me. I went back to kfc, and immediately they fixed my order and apologized for Uber. Meanwhile, my order was sitting in the rack waiting to be picked up with MY name on the bag, they have me a fresh new order, so it was hot. Good staff over there.
ran out of chicken when there was no one present at the restaurant, i understand freshness, but my order was placed and said to be ready by 8:12 and it is currently 8:46 and i still have no food and have been told to wait three times now. hope your workers get on top of their game soon… 8:53… they’ve served 4 other customers since our order… an hour ago…. wow. manager where? nowhere appears to be!
I’ve been here several times and the chicken was great however, these last couple of months the food has been awful … I tried calling the store FIVE times to give them an update that the pot pie and chicken that they served to me on 6/ 25/23 was raw and under cooked. The chicken was SO MUCH greaser than the last few times and my family couldn’t enjoy it however, the phone kept ringing and I was unable to talk to anyone. I must say that my whole entire order was money given away. I won’t be returning to this store as their food is inconsistent and you can’t get in touch with any employees at the store to discuss your concerns after you have orders the food.
Everybody knows you can’t go wrong with KFC if you’re looking for great quality chicken. They always have new items that I’m so excited to try every time I go. Our food was delicious and hot and really hit the spot.Food: 5/5
Ordered a tenders meal with mashed potatoes and they were out of mashed potatoes so asked for a side of gravy for the fries. Also got a spicy chicken sandwich. Waited in the drive through for around 30 minutes. Got no receipt, they didn't give me the gravy I ordered. When my wife took a bite of the sandwich, it was all bones. They literally put a chicken thigh with hot sauce on my sandwich. Now she needs to go to the dentist because her tooth may be cracked. Can't even call because their phone is off the hook or something. Don't go here.
