Worst KFC I've ever eaten at. The service was fine but the quality Jesus Christ. My chicken tasted like it was straight out of a trash can. And they don't clean the grease very often . I took one bite of my chicken and immediately spit it out and not to mention it was practically dripping grease. Don't go here for the love of God. Save yourself
Our food was sub par we got chicken sandwiches, one chicken sandwich had two bottom buns the other one had two top buns and chicken was lukewarm. We ordered MASHED POTATOES and coleslaw, Which we corrected her twice because she said Mac and cheese and coleslaw the drive thru lady was rude taking our order right from the start anyway complaining when we got our order there was Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes and no silverware or napkins. Kind of expected more from KFC disappointing meal
Horrible customer service waited over 20 min in the drive thru, girl taking orders was RUDE right from the start of ordering, order was missing most of the order had to turn around to get the rest of it. All the doors were locked had to bang on the doors to be let in to get my order. The teenagers that were working were just goofing off no hurry on their part and acted like I was wrong for wanting what I had paid for. We will not be back and will be contacting MGMT...
Most of the KFC's chicken doesn't taste like it used to at most of the restaurants. it tastes tough and old but the KFC in Fort Gratiot Michigan is absolutely delicious. Fresh, juicy, hot, tender. Just like it used to be.Food: 5/5
Wow what an experience the worst customer service and when you ask for something you would think they would provide it instead of just sitting in back office till I pull away..... food was not cooked all the way thankfully I noticed before eating any of it and had to air fry my food so tht I could actually consume my food without getting sick!!!!! Health inspector and a new management need to get ahold of this franchise and do better if you want 15 an hr then make sure you actually provide what the customer asked and cooked!!!!!!! Would not recommend going to till the problems are fixed and young girl at the drive thru needs to learn manners and respect for fast food workers and others !!!!
The person behind the counter was very quiet/soft spoken,but nice,just to quiet needs to talk loud enough for people to hear. Didn't care for the fish, chicken was really good.Food: 5/5

Service was great and the people were friendly, but the chicken was not the best. This is a trend that I have seen at a few fast food places....businesses are going cheap to make more profit. The sides were great, just the chicken wasn't up the best.
Literally EVERY single time I come here they say they are they are out of hush puppies for the night. Which is quite frustrating… so I was wondering when would be a good time to come and get some cause I’ve been during various times.!
