This KFC was amazing with very nice and friendly staff. They patiently fixed my mistake during ordering in the best way. The food was very well prepared and served with sides like Biscuits and a Cake! Every thing we needed, they provided. Store and washroom werr well cleaned. Free parking spots and drive through as well as mobile order also available. Parking: Free parking
I should have taken a pic of the 6 wings I had. I ordered 6 buffalo wings and they didn't even toss the sauce like how I remember they use to do. Just poured it over the chicken. Also some of the chicken pieces were huge, I definitely didn't eat those two huge pieces. The fries were on the cold side. Anyway I don't have pics to back this up but why lie.
Our food was fresh, it was late so not everything was available but what we ordered was hot and good. After reviewing this, I went to hand my son his Mac n cheese, no napkins or FORKS! On what planet would someone order a Mac n cheese chicken bowl and 2 small sides, and not need utensils???
Asked for 4 pieces each of original and extra crispy in an 8 piece chicken basket. Got 6 original and 2 crispy and it was very salty. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese I ordered with it were barely warm and the biscuits were rock hard. Staff, however, was very friendly.
Worst KFC I've ever been to. $65.00 for this?! Absurd. -Fries were old, cold, broken bits that had to of been sitting under heat lamp for hours. -No gravy with mashed potatoes. -Mac n cheese was more like mush n cheese. Gross texture, no flavor. -biscuits were stiff and cold

The menu change is horrid! I'm paying $3 for a chicken wing I don't want because you no longer have have the one piece breast meal. I will have to reconsider my options, because now it costs too much, and I'm not getting what I want.
I was in the mood for a couple of drumsticks so I stopped in for a drink and 2 drum sticks. Price? $11.80 I about burst with indignation. I left without the chicken thinking what is wrong with KFC to charge so much. was it not last year you could order a two peice combo with potaotes bun corn and drink for less than six dollars?
Worst experience ever! Didn’t get a receipt when asked for one. Gave me every sauce but what I asked for. Biscuits weren’t even cook!!! Got a third of the wings I orders which makes o sense since that’s why I was pulled. The location or setup is bad as it is. When asked to pull up I refused because of traffic. The lady got all huffy with me. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting a girl came out with my food and practically shoved it through my window and says “it’s all there!” Walks away, looks back and glares at me. Tried calling but apparently I can’t be helped since I do t have a receipt.
They were pretty rude, didn't even give us a moment to continue our order. They don't have great customer service, the tone of voice is angry sounding and they rush you through it.
