PATHETIC SERVICE, PATHETIC FOOD, and worst of all DISGUSTING RESTAURANT! Today our family decided to dine in at KFC, and I'm just DISGUSTED at how low quality this food is. The chicken is hella greasy and like if the cooks don't know how to cook chicken which isn't even hard. The Mac and Cheese tastes old, like from yesterday maybe even a month. The mash potatoes was bland. The service is below standards! The restaurant itself needs new people to get hired, cuz current staff are LAZY. I work in hospitality and I know how to serve costumers and the experience is below standards of what is acceptable in ANY restaurant. Honestly KFC management needs training and they need to take care of their house. No wonder KFC is going down. Sadly I won't dine in ever again.
I bought a meal on May 4th 2023. It was my second time time in that place, same bad experience the first time, the chicken was so wet in oil, but I decided to ignore it. Second time as soon as finish eating I got stomach ache, headache and diarrhea for two days in row. I can see many reviews talking about the same problem with the way they serve chicken, they gotta do something if they want to avoid a bigger problem then just bad reviews.
This location's Original Recipe chicken has on repeat visits been completely unseasoned. The first time it was takeout and I didn't find out until I got home. I gave the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. The second time I went right up to the cashier and explained that the chicken was completely unseasoned. The cashier said, "That is our Original Recipe." I received a refund and will never return to this store.
Got fast friendly service. $5 zinger box with wedges was delicious. Dining room on the 2nd floor is pretty spacious and well maintained.
The food and the staff is fantastic. Just needs a new paint job lol but other than that a wonderful experience! Kid-friendliness: Theh got this little yummy nuggets that my kid loves!
What I liked about this place was sitting atop and being able to "scope out" the surroundings as it were. I will be back soon.Service: 5/5
Hispanic female cashier was so rude and unkind. Asking a question. she seemed to be reluctant..so felt bad..
This is the most low-down, dirty, disgusting KFC in Los Angeles. The chicken was soaked in so much grease that the chicken skin was soggy a falling apart. The biscuits were raw dough and only browned on top, and the mash potato were cold as hell! After throwing the food away, look how much greased was left in the box.
My family is gravy fan. That’s why we love Kfc the chicken are really good but the gravy in Western LA branch is like a water. I think the crew don’t know how make gravy in Western LA
