Martha is great. We were having trouble with our order, and despite the business of the establishment, she managed to help us. She is a great leader. Her commitment to customer service and dedication to helping her employees makes KFC very fortunate to have her on their team.Food: 5/5
This is a busy restaurant right off of the freeway. Nice employees. The chicken sandwiches are so tasty. Even though they are busy, you do receive fast service. They are located next to Arby's and AmPm. Their new nuggets are better than Chick Fil a. I hope that they keep them around.Food: 4/5
Very poor customer service. Stopped in to pick up some food for my sister around 9:30pm, went through the drive-thru. A lady took my order at the speaker initially, and then when I drove up to the window there was a thin young looking man who collected my payment. He spoke not one single word to me. He did not acknowledge me with a simple greeting, he did not tell me how much my order was, he said nothing. I received my food and said thank you to him and he just quickly and swiftly shut the window. I don’t think I expect too much. I’m not a big talker myself, but this was just very poor customer service and rude in general.
Manager not qualified to manage anything. She needs to learn to manage her behavior before being out into a position of anything else. After ordering, our food sat in a bag for over 5 minutes, e didn't realize it was our food until e checked from a distance the number on the bag.... wouldn't you know it was our food... it was just our of reach, so we landed over the counter and got our food. The manager said.. you don't belong here, very nasty. We weren't doing anything but leaning to get our food because no one called our number. The manager then proceeds to walk out to, maybe clean, or possibly let us know her discontent with us reaching over the counter to get our food. She picked up a platter and, it was loud, slammed it extremely hard on the trash can, picked up another, slammed it again in the trash can. Walked by us and slammed another platter on a table. Then walked in the back. EXTREMELY RUDE, NOT QUALIFIED IN THIS POSITION SHOULD BE REMOVED but not going to happen. Start hiring based on ability and qualifications.
This is the best KFC! Came in for loads of chicken for a picnic, and they were there and ready to help us out! Order online because it’s way cheaper, and the manager Martha is so awesome and easy to work with! Highly recommend this kfc!!!
Just left this place, the woman working the drive through was so busy laughing she couldn’t take my order down, I repeated everything 3 times. Very unprofessional. Extremely rude.
The lady was rude and didn't ask what sides I wanted and when I asked to change one out for different one she made it a big deal out of it so I wont go backFood: 3/5
Absolutely bad customer service. The sign clearly says open until 10pm for temporary hours but yet the doors were looked at 7:45pm. We knocked on the door several times and couldn’t see people working and no one would open the door to talk to us.
I went inside to order and Bernadine helped me she was very quick, precise and friendly! Great customer service, when I got home my food was fresh, hot and Delicious I was so pleased with her Excellent customer service and work ethic, she was busy but made sure I had everything in my order including condiments. Thank you so much Bernadine! We need more people like you at our fast food restaurants!
The workers need to get fired, very rude, as if they give food for free. I'll never return to this place.Food: 5/5
