KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken

KFC used to be great! Now this location intentionally screws up your order and even when you check at the window to make sure its all there, they actually refuse to correct it. Wow. I am patient with low staffing, long waits but this is getting ridiculous. Three stars still because the chicken was actually pretty good. I hope they can get their stuff together. Recent order pic- no gravy or biscuit, they said nothing, just shorted me.

I've never had to leave such a negative review. The store is understaffed so I give them a lot of benefit of the doubt. I ordered a 12 piece with 2 fries and a coleslaw. The biscuits were crunchy, all the way through crunchy. Too hard to eat. Fries were old and cold. The chicken was old and dried out. There's absolutely no excuse for food to go out like this at all. Being short staffed means you have to wait longer to get fresh food. I'm definitely ok with a longer wait. And the Pepsi leaked all over my car seat. Coleslaw was good. Bright side is my dog got plenty of chicken.

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with a sign posted asking for patience because of low staffing issues. Got frustrated and pulled up to the window and saw everyone sitting around laughing when they said they couldn't see my truck because it was too big. The food was haphazardly prepared and the wrong items delivered to me. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. The food came out fast , hot and accurate. Sizable dining area. I enjoyed the col. Basket . Biscuits were on point. Mash and beans were satisfactory. They could have been richer in taste. They serve Pepsi products. They even offered a solid military discount.

A male employee was rude and professional. The chicken was just small pieces couldn't even tell it was chicken or whatever. We love KFC but in all the times we have got KFC was bad. But can let one bad time ruin all the good times. I believe Corp office has handled the situation.

Where do I start? Rude, incompetent, inability to communicate on the simplest level. The employees at the Clive location are the biggest group of degenerate trash on the planet!

Sad to see this kfc has deteriorated so bad that I will no longer go there due to poor service and unreliable business hours. Be sure to check your order at the payment window before you drive away. Also, you might be told they’re out of chicken after waiting in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes not near closing time.

Place wasn't open. Drive through was closed off and store was closed with no indication on how to order food. Later after i begged to come in, i ordered food but with all 3 employees having a attitude, i didn't realize u had to order on line......Food: 3/5

Waste of money. Dry, dry, dry. And the biscuits were hard. You have to cook some new product throughout the day. You can't keep serving the same heat lamp food all day long.

The chicken was so oily when I asked for extra crispy and they cussed me out for not knowing how to eat. The rudest most disrespectful people and the most disgusting food you can ever have. DISGUSTING, DISRESPECTFUL, NASTY STAFF, NASTY STAFF , NASTY SERVICE, THEY WILL CURSE YOU AND GIVE YOU 1800 # IF YOU WANT A REFUND
