KFC Was completely out of Fried Chicken. There was a 30 to 45 min wait. We ordered 2 Chicken Pot Pies & a Side of Cole Slaw. It was very good. servers were Cordial.Food: 4/5
Sept 6, I ordered a 2 PC meal, chicken breast and a wing. Had wing replaced with a thigh. The Hispanic young woman mistakenly gave me 2 thighs, and I took it back to the counter, she tried to argue with me about this, I've been frying chicken before she was born, chk breast does not have bones inside like a thigh does. Also, I use to be a restaurant manager and employees should not argue with customers. She was rushing on the back line dropping several items, and the store was not busy. This is ridiculous, with a bad attitude, no sorry or thank you. Retraining is needed and speed of service is very slow. I have pics to prove this.
Absolutely disgusting would give this place a zero star if I could. Looks to be crack heads working the drive through tweaking out. Get your workers clean! This place should be shut down I’ll definitely contact health inspectors about this. There was even corn in my green beans. Even the drive through workers were rushing my order and they about forgot our drinks. No signs of cleanliness here. Would not ever eat here again!!
workers were very slow, we waited a long to get our orders taken. They also just kept walking away in the middle of taking our orders. They didn’t give me a drink cup that comes with my meal so i had to grad around the counter myself. Best part, one of the employees is walking around the store barefoot. Where is this places health code? food was mid too.
Worst customer experience of all time, it’s not About the product, I work In the food industry and understand things happen, but allowing employees to literally scream at you in the DT is unexceptionable. A good manager would have intervened. Instead I had Kayla she said her name was tell me to get out of “her drive thru” last I checked KFC PAYS HER! I asked for a 8peice low on chicken, no problem can I just purchase the legs you have then, I get told WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND WE DONT HAVE 8 I just wanted to buy what you had. She says we have 2 I said I would like that, she then tells me to call corporate and leave. Like I said if this is what is being hired I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to A KFC PERIOD!
I don't understand how this place is still open. Out of the 5 times I've been here since I moved to Arnold 2 years ago not once has my order ever been right and/or complete. The food is good, but the people working need to pay more attention to what their doing.Food: 5/5
Would love to write a review but of the last several times I’ve tried to go they either A. Have the lobby closed. B. Only take prepaid/online orders inside & direct you to drive through. C. Drive through lane 8 cars deep Arrived at 7:00pm on a Wednesday. Doors locked. No sign except hours of 10:30-10:00 w/lobby closed at 9pm. Done playing the ‘are they open game’. EDIT: Decide to give another shot. Saturday night @ 8pm, 1 month later, wife played the ‘online order’ game. We get there & pull into the spot that says PICK UP INSIDE & attempt to go in as directed. Surprise! Both doors locked! We proceed to drive thru where we’re greeted by 2 very nice associates who had our order ready hence the move from 1 star from prior review to 2. Get home and surprise #2, our order is wrong. Ordered two breasts as shown large white meat and what do I get? 1 breast & 1 thigh. As usual, another sub par trip at a fast food establishment post Covid. One simple job, get an order correct. Nope. Not anymore.
4/1/23 Ordered 8 pc bucket legs and thighs and Cole Slaw through the KFC app. They got the Cole slaw right. I got a mixed bucket of chicken and it was mostly white meat. Contacted Customer Support through the app as soon as I got home. Got a ticket number. As of 4/10/23 no response. Now I am trying to call Customer Support on the phone and no one is answering. I guess this is why service is so bad. No one to follow up with complaints.
Can't believe we came back to this KFC again after witnessing the poor service from our last visit, but we normally order chicken from here for Easter dinner for our extended family. My wife placed an online order Saturday night for pickup at noon Sunday. The order was for over $100 of chicken. On our way to pick it up, my wife checked the status of the order and saw that we received an email around 10:30 am saying they had cancelled our order. No reason why. Since we were almost there, we went ahead and went to the KFC. There was a sign on the door saying they we sorry for the inconvenience, but they were going to open late Noon. Since it was 10 minutes after noon, my wife tried to go in but the door was still locked. We saw cars going through the drive thru so my wife walked up to the window. She was told that our order had been canceled but she didn't know why. My wife asked if they had chicken that she could order at the counter. She said she did, but that she was under-staffed and could not open the lobby until she completed the drive-thru orders. We then called the KFC in a neighboring town and they said they could take care of us which they did with excellent customer service. We will never return to the Arnold KFC until they have new management. Be warned, this place is terrible. If I could give less than a 1-star I would!
I pulled up to this location and a large homeless woman with her belly hanging out of her shirt was smoking in front of the entrance. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by trailer park rap blasting from the kitchen. To my surprise the homeless woman was also the cashier. I took my food home and realized there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Then it happened, I opened my sons chicken strips, the chicken was tangled in a long curly hair see pic. I didn't want my family getting diarrhea, so I drove the food back. This place needs new management, and some kind of hygiene standards.
