I got home to eat my chicken. I was very disappointed. Usually when I go it’s juicy and falls apart. Makes my mouth water. This time the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to pull hard to get the meat off the bone. It didn’t taste right. To much black pepper. It didn’t have very much coating. This is the thigh I tried to eat.
The employee at the counter had difficulty understanding English. Our order got mixed up and items missing. Chicken was moist. Biscuits were hard and dry. Coleslaw and fries were excellent. Our grandson loved his own personal Choc Bundt cake Prices are too high!
Nice they are open later than other choices in the area. Plus there is indoor dining. Something not do common for other restaurants in the area. Not very busy that evening as well. The chicken was good as usual!
I placed and order online, when I got there, nobody helped me . They would just look at me and go do something else until I asked if somebody was planning to help me. It took them over 8 mins to notice me and only because I asked them. I had one order of 12 biscuits and 16 pieces of original chicken, Hispanic lady in the front only gave me 7 hot sauce and 5 honey sauce, I asked if I could get a few more and she replied with a No, that should be enough I even said that I would pay for the extra hot sauce and honey but her answer was the same no , that should be enough. Somebody need to remind the workers to keep their personal problems at home and stop acting moodie with their customers.
The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. I ordered ahead and it was ready at the time I wanted. Food is... okay. I would avoid the double down when it's back again thoughFood: 3/5
Ordered 3 piece with french fries. The chicken tasted like it was yesterdays chicken, it was all dried out and the French fries were limp, undercooked and spongy. Husband had the 3 piece chicken tenders. They were all dried out and the french fries were the same as i received. Not sure if we will ever go back.
Employees took my credit card, said I didn't give them my credit card, made me look for it in my car, then came out 10 minutes later saying they found it in their machine, charged me $32 for a $7 meal and said sorry. Really confusing what is happening at this store.Food: 5/5
My boyfriend wanted the Diablo perks from ordering KFC online for pickup. We arrived to find out their system was not allowed it for the Eagan location so they did not receive it and he was refunded. The women at the counter tried to call and get help for us. She spent minutes on the phone and tried to help us the best she could. I’m thankful for her since we drove so far even if we didn’t get his online orders. We didn’t leave empty handed. She was amazing and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
The food was great and the service was amazing. A very sweet lady took my daughter and my orders and was very wonderful.Food: 5/5
