I was a customer today. It’s 5 o’clock. I went inside. There are three lady’s who just have horrible attitudes I paid for the new sandwich just a sandwich without bacon ask for extra cheese and said I would pay for it. They started going back-and-forth about me needing extra cheese and did not even give me extra cheese sandwich thrown together. I don’t understand how I paid nine dollars for a sandwich and the only thing I need it was a piece of cheese and it was such a problem between three females one is the manager the other one is the assistant.
The food we were handed looked like they had a toddler nibbling on it first. They gave us the food fast - probably because they snatched it out the hands of someone already eating - but after getting home and looking at it it went in the trash.Food: 1/5
We ordered the largest side family meal. That’s almost 50.00 and here my friends is what I open when I get home! The fries were half filled no we didn’t eat any the Mac n cheese wasn’t full, and barely acceptable but okay filled mashed! I will say the actual chicken was very good. A bit greasy. that’s why it’s two not one stars Should I go back and show these pictures to y’all and ask for some of my food I paid for? Clearly I wasn’t given it all… disappointed
I really wish KFC would dispose of the old chicken before the timer goes off. Both pieces was as dry as a bone. I hardly ever get fresh chicken from here. The coleslaw is always on point and the service is friendly. I just wished the chicken matched the service.
My recent experience at KFC was extremely disappointing. The customer service was horrendous overall, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that something was amiss. Firstly, I waited for over 25 minutes just to place my order and reach the window. This was an unnecessarily long wait, especially considering that the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally got to order, the total cost came to a staggering $25 for what I felt was not a significant amount of food. To make matters worse, it took another 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be prepared and handed to me. When I eagerly unwrapped the packaging, I realized that I was missing one of the drinks I had ordered, and the most disappointing part was that my paid-for pot pie was nowhere to be found. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and their response was even more disheartening. They informed me that they were out of pot pies and suggested that I substitute it with something else. I reluctantly agreed and opted for chicken tenders instead. However, to my dismay, the chicken tenders were undercooked and not up to the usual KFC standards. Overall, I must say that my experience at KFC was deeply unsatisfactory. The lengthy wait times, missing items, and the subpar quality of the food were all major letdowns. The lack of communication and problem-solving skills from the staff only added to my disappointment. I hope that KFC takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their customer service and overall experience for future patrons.
if I could give 0 stars, i would. i found a live, moving spider in my food and I returned back to the restaurant to tell them about the spider in my food and they kept denying that there was anything in my food. the staff got completely defensive and caught an attitude as if it was our fault. 0/10 would not recommend.Food: 1/5
Stopped in at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 25. 2023. This hour is PRIME time for dinner hour. Ordered to go an 8 piece white & dark meat Family Bucket Meal. Requested ½ Original & ½ Extra Crispy chicken. This restaurant DID NOT have any breast or wings nor could they offer Extra Crispy chicken. It was not a situation where the White meal was not ready, but this KFC had none on hand. THE SUPPLY CHAIN ISSSUE is history! Clearly, the management did not adequately order sufficient product to meet customer's needs. I ADVISE ALL KFC patrons to refrain from eating at the Irmo, SC KFC location. I'LL NEVER SPEND $28+ for a dinner which could not be provided. SLACK MANAGEMENT and INDIFFERENT STAFF!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This location should just close. I have never seen such a slack, ghetto and lazy group of people including the nasty manager with the colorful hair and gold teeth. The drive through system is just as pathetic as the workers. This location has spoiled it for all others. For this location to be on this side of town, I’d expect better. It’s a total embarrassment to see “us” act with no professionalism. KFC do better!!!!
Went in to get BBQ wings. They didn't sell them. That was disappointing because that's what I went there for, but the cashier lady was friendly.Food: 1/5
Tried to order the 8 PC bucket online but it wouldn't accept my order, so I went inside and they wouldn't give me the online price. So I ordered the bucket and sides that came up to almost $10 more. I ordered extra crispy, not original recipie and the man taking my order verified that 2 times. When I got home and opened the bucket, it was original recipie. I tried calling the store many times and never got an answer. SAD..
