I usually enjoy coming here with my family on days when we go out because no more applebees in covington and too many pizza places. I super enjoyed my visit today!!! Jade is the best she was so friendly and helpful!!! Her positive and upbeat attitude was so refreshing. She doing the damn thing!!!!Food: 4/5
I was disappointed when I ordered the 20 dollar fill up. I was expecting it to be as advertised all in same box. However. It was sloppily basically thrown in a bag. French fry containers were only half full and the bag was extremely greasy. The chicken tasted fine but just sloppy presentationFood: 2/5
Extremely poor customer service and multiple times after I have paid they have no chicken and you have to wait 16 minutes. Manager listens but no changes.Food: 1/5
The food was absolutely disgusting that chicken was old. It was not crispy you could not chew the skin. The chicken itself was dry the restaurant was dirty. The chicken strips were not edible at a bowl the macaroni and cheese was like eating rubber. French fries were cold food was gross.Food: 1/5
I guess they call the little ones chicken nuggets also … and still charge full price.
The app just plain sucks wouldn’t scroll down to chose a drink wouldn’t save delivery address and the choice between white or dark isn’t very clear in the option

Was very disappointed, it didn't even taste like KFC, really bland, the biscuits were not done they wanted to replace but didn't want to wait. There was another couple that got their order to go and they came back because the biscuits were not done, still gummy inside. We were on vacation and just knew we could get a good meal at KFC, didn't happen. The workers were very pleasant which was a plus.
The whole place smelled like a bathroom. The chicken had a lot of gristle in it. I couldn't eat it.Food: 2/5
