KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken

I like KFC fried chicken, and there is a family drum fried chicken set menu. Great. The store is clean and bright, and the delivery is fast. Open 7 days. If you pass the I80 highway, it is easy to find it when you come out at exit 53. It is also very easy if you are thinking of going back to high speed.

I just came from there and this is what my large Mac and cheese looks like. It looks as if a dog throw it up. And it’s cold. I’m not happy. Not worth the $6 I paid for it. I won’t be coming back

This KFC location is a lot better than the Fairfield, Ca location. Better customer service and they don't close their doors on you when you pick up your online order Fairfield location will accept your online order then close their store when you pick it up.Food: 5/5

First time being at KFC, the food was good and hot. Staff member was courteous, professional with helping me with my order. Planning on going back to KFC soon . Keep up the very good work .Food: 5/5

I do not appreciate the serving size of the large mashed potatoes. There is more cole slaw than the mashed potatoes. I did not spend $30 to get half of what I paid for.

My husband ordered wings and was told it was 15 minutes. No problem. We park and wait over 20 minutes. He goes in to check. He gives the receipt and the woman was like "Oh". She provides a lame excuse thr fryers are slow. Then she asked him, "what do you want me to do?" Apparently, customer service isn't a thing at the Vacaville location. Apologizing for forgetting the order would have been a start. Offering a time when the food would be ready would have been another. He did get his money back because the employee had no ambition to own up to her mistake. My husband mentioned he was going to let corporate know. She responded for him to go ahead because she didn't care. Either management needs a better presence there or corporate should should care as much keeping her as an employee as she cared about their customers.

Haven't eaten here for a couple years because the chicken went down hill bad! Ate last week and it was GOOD! I guess they fixed whatever the problem was. Had half original, and of course chocolate cake

This is worst kfc for miles I’m mean this place stinks big time if your from Vacaville you know what I’m talking about . Me and my wife have been coming here for years over 5 years. we don’t feel like driving 15min away to Fairfield but we love kfc but we have been force to take our money to another kfc because Vacaville stucks so much. The food is always cold and old the supervisor on staff is never friendly she always rude I’ve called and complained numerous times and then we go back and it’s the exact same things like they didn’t even I mention it to there employees m. Probably Because they don’t want to fire them and pay them benefits. I don’t know what’s going on this place use to be the best but by poor management and staff this has turn into a dump. Last time we eat here me and my wife got sick. I think there trying to revenge because we told corporate how all the rudest from the employees and giving us cold old food when we ask for fresh food . If I get sick again this time from There cold old food I’m going to sue for sure
