KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken

Greasy fish & chicken fries stale tasted old and the coleslaw just dripped with watery liquid. spoke with the manager she was in awe that this could be a happening,then told me save your receipt and I will give you free food next time, what about my hungry stomach now!! It is in the trash and free or not I will never eat there again. Hungry Bernadette

Wow where should I start? I could start with the BAD SERVICE. I could start off with the POOR FOOD they serve or I might just might start off with the Horrible Manager. So we thought we would try it even after SEEING THEY HAD BAD REVIEWS A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS. I know better but the Kids wanted Fish. MISTAKE! We went to the drive thru and got a few things. We got two Fish Dinners and kids a few things. When we got home I called and the FISH WAS NASTY and the Tartar Sauce HAD A BLACK HAIR IN IT! NASTY!!! I called them and they acted nice and said no problem took my name down and said will take care of you next time. Few weeks later I was lets try it again, but this time will eat there. I called before going and I was told by "TOOR" an Indian lady manager that she had no names down at all. She told me to bring in my receipt but I told her we were told last time just use my name. So I explained to her that and was told no problem just come in and I'll take care of you. Well after a few hours I get the family ready and drive there. I go in and ask for "TOOR" let her know who I was and was ready to try the fish dinners again. Well she changed her attitude a full 360. she told me SHE NEVER SAID THAT. I am not giving you free food without a receipt. You're crazy! I can not do any thing for you. I was shocked! Mortified and insulted that she would even say such words to me. She even called me a beggar and white trash on the way out. I looked back but there were no witnesses to hear her insults. Probably the Crappy FOOD and service along with a wicked HORRIBLE MANAGER! So no one else would have heard this but my kids and wife. SHAME ON YOU "TOOR"! This restaurant is now on my bad list. I am not only calling the BBB but will call the health department as well. Worst experience ever from this place. Why they let a place like this stay open and use such a reparable name I will never know. FAIL!!!! FAIL!!! FAIL!!!
