Left over bottom of the barrel fries, soggy and burnt up. Chicken spicy sandwich lacked sauce, was chewy and dry, biscuit was soggy. really a sad experience. Especially for the price it cost. Hope some quality checks and care for product is improved. Not just this branch but KFC has gone down in quality as a whole, company wide. It used to be something to look forward to. Not so much now.
This is the first time I have gotten bad service. I order 12 pc dinner mix. I had gotten 7 wings crispy and 5 original. Pd 41.00.
Ordered 5 chicken little sandwiches...bread and chicken both were not fresh at all ... bread was hard and chicken seemed very overcooked. Should have chose better for our Sunday night family meal. Swing... and a miss.Food: 2/5
KFC in Pocahontas is one of the best, my order is correct usually, hot, and fresh. The time it wasn't they corrected mistake with no hassle.Food: 5/5

If there was an option for no stars it would fit better! I have never been to a KFC that can't cook chicken, when brought up the chicken was raw, this young kid named John coming to the situation stoned had stated that they temp everything and everything was brought to temp. Which on two different account was to be proven false with half of the chicken being raw. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT HERE, between a disappointment in the food and the disrespect. The plus side, the Mac and cheese we waited 30 minutes for was cold enough to eat.

Took the drive through. They took our orders well and did not have to wait long. Our 2 piece chicken meals were delicious and cooked to perfection.Food: 5/5
$14 worth of tenders are just the small crumbs left behind. Asked for sauce and didn’t get. Wanted a mtn dew, but got two Pepsis. Only one straw for two drinks. Food wasn’t even fresh.
