KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken

This probably has to be one of the worst KFC in the UK. They shut down the good KFC and left this restaurant in place. Bad move. Ordered tonight and burger looked like it had been sitting for hours under the lights. Burnt and dry as photo will show. Do yourself a favour and avoid this KFC. I would rather pay an extra £10 and go to Aberdeen on the bus for one. Store not answering phone so cannot query

As someone who has never written a negative review before, I was frustrated with my recent experience ordering from KFC through Just Eat. When my order arrived, I discovered that half of my items were missing. I immediately phoned KFC to explain the situation, but their response was unhelpful - they simply advised me to request a refund. However, I did not want a refund, I wanted something to eat! We decided to drive down to the KFC location which was frustrating as I had already paid a delivery fee and spoke with the manager, Dylan. Despite our polite explanation of the situation, we received no apology from the staff. Although we did receive the remainder of our order, we explained that the other half of our food would be cold by the time we got home. Unfortunately, we were met with an unsympathetic response from Dylan, who seemed inconvenienced by our presence. This was very disappointing as this was through no fault of our own. However, I would like to acknowledge that Brandon, who usually serves us through the drive-through, is always a pleasure to be served by. He is friendly, efficient, and a joy to interact with. It's disappointing that our recent experience did not live up to the standards that Brandon typically sets. I hope that KFC can take steps to ensure that all of its staff provide the same level of service and care for their customers.

Me and my friend came to visit KFC for some lunch and experienced bad customer service. We ordered through table service and the lady with the glasses hanging round her neck decided to call out the order which we were not paying attention to so ended up in her actually taking it over and slamming it on the table with a sigh. I think the staff need a lot of proper training, I don’t understand why KFC offer table service if it’s hardly used and when it is, it’s taken out on the customer!

Sat for 5 minutes at the drive through, no one said anything even after me saying “Hello” multiple times. I followed the drive through round to the second window and found 3 girls standing there laughing. When they saw me they put their headsets back on but at that point I had driven passed them and away to McDonald’s where I got served in literally 2 minutes. All of this happened on 16/08/2023 between 14:10 and 14:30

One of the best KFCs I’ve been to in a while. Super fast, crispy chicken and the lady at the roll knew her stuff, got me a more for my money that I was going to get based on deals on mini fillets.Food: 5/5

No atmosphere, terrible service and god knows what's happening with the fast food prices??? Though the roof, seems to be the normal these days to overpay for food with Minimal to no service and treated like your an inconvenience. Customer service is deadFood: 1/5

Love going to KFC cause it is my favourite fast food chain. It's amazing can order it on their computer and if want more chicken does one piece chicken order. Which I did. Not too many people there so it is quite unlike McDonald's which I like Parking: Parking is big enough

Took around ten minutes just to get my order taken think it was new staff as they had to get the Duty Manager twice but they got there in the end, the food was your typical KFC finger licking good.Food: 3/5

Believe me, I'm sick of banging on about KFC Inverness and I wouldn't go there if there was another one but they just get worse. Within the space of half an hour, three delivery drivers parked in the only disabled parking space there is and obviously the staff let this happen. I challenged one Just Eat driver and all he could do was to blurt out "you don't work here". Go figure. KFC, you should be ashamed. You don't care about anyone.

Placed an order for a 6 piece bucket . Meant to be mixed - all 6 pieces are drumsticks . Amy one that likes them fine . Asked for a mixFood: 1/5
