I ordered the big box or whatever, and it was amazing! We were able to make three meals out of it. The guy that brought us the food was extremely polite as well.Food: 5/5
I love me some good chicken and of course KFC is a classic. This location specifically has some absolutely hilarious folks on the speaker for the drive thru the last 2 times I was there. I thought that was fantastic! I also have really appreciated how much fun the staff looks like they are having together when I pull up to the window to play. I’m always a fan a fun work places… makes me smile too!
I have never seen such in my life. The manager literally argued with a customer for 10 minutes when the line was wrapped around the building. Service is slow and very unprofessional. I would not recommend unless you want to wait.Food: 1/5
This is by far the absolute worst KFC . No worst restaurant of any kind I have ever dealt with. As a dasher I visit this store 3-4 times a week and I have never, not once , ever been able to successfully pick up an order here The fryer is broke. We are out of chicken Your order will be ready in 45 minutes. Time is money and you are costing me both. Disgraceful
Worst kfc ever ! They have no idea how to treat customer with respect and kindness . took FOREVER! To get the food because they so called forgot our order and still didnt have any utensils to eat with . Three people came thru and got their food before ours was brought out! Never will I eat here or any other KFC again.Food: 3/5
We got the Mac and cheese bowls, the Mac and cheese was really good. The chicken was either cooked in old oil or was overcooked. Either way not the best chicken. The drive through server was very sweet and professional!!!Food: 4/5
Visited three times in last week! Customer service was good. But I bragged too soon. This last order of popcorn chicken was more like popcorn rocks. And they never answered the phone when I called. Because of distance, I didn't go back. If they don't correct this, I'm not patronizing them again. They had to know that chicken was hard as bricks. I guess we're going to start checking whatever we get from fast food windows. The she-ot isn't funny. If you're not going to treat the customer right, get out of public service! I'm praying for souls though
I usually stop at this location on my way home for dinner. Usually no problems. However, today sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and saying hello to get someone’s attention inside. Still nothing, watched an employee come out and look at the drive through line and he said “ oh my god” and walked back in. Then someone came on the box saying “ we have no sides and that there were only 3 people in the building and that all they had was chicken. They could have told me that in the very beginning when I first pulled up. Done!!!
Always good food. If you want delicious chicken or any type of food KFC serves and you haven't tried it yet what are you waiting for?Food: 5/5
I ordered a 12 piece family meal yesterday and I asked if they could give me two breast and the rest dark meet, the guy taking my order said yes. They did not have any legs in the bucket and they did not give me the biscuits that come with what I paid for. Also, I have had bigger pieces of chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings than the wings that were in that bucket.
