KFC has always been a family favorite while road tripping. It's a decent meal at an affordable price. So of course after driving all day in a packed car with my family, who were ready for something substantial after a day car with snacks and gas station pizza. We arrived in Little Rock at 7:30 pm, checked into our hotel, and placed my order on the KFC app at 8:03 pm. Ordering and delivery process with smooth and pretty quick. The was delivered to our hotel in less than an hour. However, the problem came when we received the order. The Door Dash driver was rude and improbable. Our order was not handled with care. The bag looked a bit beat up. The food was terrible, I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy bone in chicken bucket meal, family-sized season fries, mac and cheese, and 4 biscuits. We only 7 pieces of chicken with soft and mushy crust. The crust was literally falling off the chicken. It didn't taste fresh out of the fryer. I have had grocery store chicken that tasted better than this did. The fries were overcooked and dried out. The Mac and cheese was not terrible just so so. In addition to the disappointing food, my order was also missing condiments 2 BBQ, 2 Honey mustard, 6 ketchup, and 4 hot sauce, plates, utensils, and napkins that I requested. This irritated me because I specifically requested it in 2 different places on the order form, First place was in the actual line item on the KFC order and the second place was in instructions to the Door Dash driver asking to please check if these items were included in the order. Fortunately, the front desk at our hotel had paper plates and plastic spoons. I can overlook the missing condiments, plates, and utensils, however, I cannot overlook the quality of the chicken. Not only was it a dissatisfying meal it was not worth $29.95. I do not recommend this KFC location nor do I plan on returning.
Service has greatly improved. Wait time for large orders is less than 10 minutes. I order at the window & if I have to wait, I drive around to the front door & they bring it to my car. The last 4 times I went the staff were very friendly & helpful. The chicken is good. I tried the lemon cake last time & it was good & moist. I only wish they would bring back green beans as a side.
This visit was a great disappointment. It was a rainy evening so used the drive through. The order was taken normally, we then went to the window and paid. There we were told it would be a few minutes and pull around to the entrance where the order would be brought out. From ordering to delivery was about 14 minutes. After driving the short distance to home, the food was almost inedible. The French fries were fold and rubbery. The chicken considebly overcooked to the point of having a few charged sopts on the breading. The skin was so hard you couldn't bite through or chew it. The biscuits cold and hard. The only thing we ended up eating was the Mac and cheese which was good. All in all I'd have to think twice before visiting this KFC again.
Wait at the drive thru was FOREVER & no one would come to the window to say why or when order would be ready. Wouldn't answer the phone either. Used to come here exclusively NOT ANYMORE. Would have left if anyone would come to window to give me my money back. Thought it couldn't get worse, but chicken was burnt! That's a first for any kfc I've ever been. What a worthless $35 meal and experience. : .
It's a KFC! Everything that can be expected, it's there. I was treated fairly, not to mention, give an exactly what I asked for. A bucket full of chicken thighs! We all go to KFC to get what? Chicken right? I got exactly what I asked for. For that I commend the staff. They all need raises.Food: 4/5

All of it was disgusting. I got a regular 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy plus biscuit. There was a line around the building because as soon as they take your money they tell you to pull around. Now I see why I haven't ate here in awhile...disappointedFood: 1/5
I just wanted a chicken sandwich and bit into a hard bit of fried gristle. I wanted mashed potatoes and got cole slaw. I contacted bite squad only to be told I needed to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant EIGHT times with no answer. I called David Baker who is listed as the manager and got no answer. There has been no resolution and I would not recommend KFC or bite squad to anyone.
The service here was horrible. I got there and waited about 10 minutes to order when I was the only one in line. And when I pulled up to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. Now I saw this because I was literally the only one there. No one in the store and no one in drive through. They definitely need to work on their employee work ethic or something.
The chicken is really good and fresh very consistent with... They're very busy always but it's worth the wait..Those mashed potatoes are always hot and tasty too..You want be disappointed....The staff is very courteous courteous and respectful...Food: 5/5
