I was looking for some cute sundresses and found 5 for under $20 in the junior section! Kohl’s always has great deals and coupons so I ended up paying only $7 for this really cute dress
Are you serious? Christmas decor out middle of September! Wow! This store all the staff is always friendly and the keep the store really organized.
Store very clean & organized. Bathrooms sparkling clean. Associates up beat keeping busy with their tasks but will quickly acknowledge customers. Joanne from "Boston" was informative & very helpful at check out. I will come back for sure!!
This is a nice store, very well organized and clean. The addition of Sephora was much needed in the area. This particular store is always fairly quiet whenever I’ve visited.
The item that I bought today was on sale and it rang up full price. And I didn't realize it till I got to my car. I went back in and Is cashier was very nice, she rang it up through the sale price. And it wasn't a bad experience. I just wished it would've rang up the price that was posted.
The store was fairly empty. The the associates we saw did not interact with us. The Sephora store associate Semaj was very friendly, patient and helpful 5 stars for her. I have a 20% off coupon for Sephora that I was not able to apply to my items. The coupon was unused and not expired, the items I purchased were not excluded from the 20% off coupon, my items met all the requirements. However, the coupon was not going through the system. I asked for the store manager, who after reading the fine print of the coupon only applied 10% off, I asked why not 20 %, and was told it could not be done. I am very disappointed. 10 % is better than nothing, but, IMO more could’ve been done to honor the store coupon- after all, it is their store coupon, they Sephora sent it to me. I made a trip especially to the store to use the coupon. * I scrolled through several Google reviews and noticed this store did not respond to the low score reviews 1, they only responded to the reviews higher than 1 star . In light of that, I took the store survey from the info. given on my receipt.
Wow! I went to Kohl's to drop off Amazon return and after they return, they gave me a $5 coupon to spend on anything with no minimum purchase hahaha, who doesn't like a coupon anyway? Interesting!!! I don't know what to get but I am forced to buy something with this $5 coupon. Excited Mbyeee
Lack of merchandise selection in the children’s department. Lack of cashiers to check you out two weeks before school starts. But the biggie was allowing men in the women’s dressing room. Now that I know it is not a coed dressing room you better bet I will run a man out if he shows up again. I will not return to the Austell Rd. Kohl’s. However, I will go to other locations now that I know that the men are not supposed to be in women’s dressing room I will run a man out
The prices are a little high, but with my Kohl's cash and clearance sales, I've been getting good deals. 6/17/23 update: this stores layout has changed and it was a bit confusing on where to checkout. I was able tonfind what I needed and at a good price.
There were great bargains but I really had to search because the racks were not sorted correctly by size. The labels were there but they were not true.
