Went in to buy a birthday present for my son. When i got to the register and told them about the sign the lady who was called to the register refuse to honor the sign that was on two tables. The lady who worked at the checkout was very kind Janet & called another lady to the register Angel who honored the price. The first lady wasnt willing to budge and wasnt a friendly person to a customer who frequents Kohls.
I love this store because it's always clean and the associates are always helpful and kind. They have a large variety in things and though the Woodhaven store is closer to me I prefer to visit the Taylor store as it's even bigger and has even MORE items to shop through. Can't beat their cash back rewards system either.
This place use to have a much better selection and prices...not so much anymore. We found enough school clothes for my daughter, but everything was pretty picked over in her size.
Customer service associate Siretia was sooooo helpful. She helped me pick out school pants for my son because I had no idea of what to get. She was like a mom. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely come back to the store to shop thanks to her.
Everything I wanted was in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful. Store was well kept and clean.
It's a nice place to shop in, but employees are not willing to give you help just point. There stuff is expensive, even when on sale
I love Kohl's that you get either 10% or 20% off your items for now or later. I was looking for a Jean skirt, but the skirts they had were for teenagers too short for older adults.
I have been a Kohl’s customer for over 20 years and they have never let me down. Great choices for clothing and household products. The staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I am an avid Kohl's shopper. I'm not a huge fan of the new store layout, limited amount of sizes available in store, and wish the employee smoking section was a little further away from the door. BUT the cashiers and customer service reps are always so kind and accommodating.
Great customer service from Patty, who helped me find several pairs of shoes for my dad and I. She was very kind and professional. Thanks Patty! The Southgate Khol's has always been my go to department store. All of the employees I've encountered were helpful.
