We ordered a birthday flower arrangement, designers choice. They arrived on time and were a beautiful arrangement. Will definitely order again when the opportunity arises.

We live out of town but wanted to find a local florist to deliver flowers to our friends in Edmond. Kickingbird Flowers definitely delivered. Somehow the address we gave was one digit off. When they called my wife to get the correct address she was unavailable. The delivery driver ended up going up and down the street until he found someone who knew where our friend’s home was located. He knew the delivery was important to us. Great customer service and dedication to ensure the delivery was made. They even sent a picture of the floral arrangement to us before it went out for delivery. It was perfect. Thank you!!

I live in Austin Texas and my grandmother lives in Edmond is celebrating her 91st birthday, so I decided to order her some flowers. I googled Edmond OK florists and I came across Kickingbird Flowers & Gifts gave them a call and explained what I wanted to send her. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, my grandmother was in awe and loved the variety that they put into her bouquet. She was impressed that they included instructions on how to care for them! I highly recommend this floral shop to anyone!

New in town and wanted to find a nice flower arrangement for our 60th...wedding anniversary. Ordered this morning from a nice lady..went to pick up from a nice young man..very nice., also. Sooooo, during my visit there a older big burly guy was walking around with a grumpy face. While I was checking out, he walked up to the young man and handed him something, staring at me as I was spending over a hundred bucks; did not say hello. It was the owners' husband, Guess what??? New in town and spend over $2000 on flower arrangements every year....guess not where in the future.....

Have purchased many an arrangement for our mother. This past Mother's Day we purchased a live plant which should have lasted but died soon after her day. We spoke to manager but she stated there was nothing she could do. I have spent a lot of money at this shop and would have continued. I was just looking for, "I am so sorry." "I can offer you a percentage off on your next purchase." Something. Anything. I wasn't looking for much. Just an acknowledgement I was a good customer. Very disappointed in the treatment I received and will never buy here again. What a shame.

Ordered online and flowers were delivered on time to the right location. It was a really nice bouquet. Couldn't ask for better service.

The arrangements are beautiful! I have used them Kickingbird now a couple times now and my wife has loved the flowers. I even ordered some on a whim in the morning and they were delivered before 11 on the same day!!
