This store has went completely from a top store to trash lack of customer service horrible management specially the store manager I been shopping here for years and never thought this store would be such a below average experience they wouldn’t be able to sell free money to the homeless on how this store is ran
Store is very over priced and though i made a purchase because i had no time to shop else where i was disappointed. There was not a large variety at all in 2XL styles nor was I assisted by anyone on the floor and saw 5 associates. Had a suggestion been made for other styles in my size or an associate taking the time out to be aware of my size i would have purchased more. No size in sight for customer means no sale, no assistance on the floor from associate means less items purchased. This means the store is not maximizing sales or making suggestive replacement for the customer to return.
Absolutely terrible! I have been buying sneakers from here for the past 5 years and yesterday really changed my perspective. On Friday I purchased the Concords wore them around the house to see if they fit comfortably which they didn’t went to return them yesterday and the told me absolutely not because there was a tiny crease. I will never buy shoes from here ever again. Back to footlocker I go!
It was excellent! Very good customer service provided & the staff was very mindful of the Covid-19 virus. Reminding eveyone who entered to use hand sanitizer & wipe off hands as well as wear a face mask. Very good selection & staff was very attentive.
Quick in and out Experience HOWEVER, there’s absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t be answering their phone throughout the day almost NEVER and the phone shouldn’t be off the hook no expectations.
Yeah. The reminder felt like airport TSA. Lol. It's needed, so I don't blame them. But that and the no "hello", find-it-yourself vibe. Eh, threw me off. Eventually left.
Drove 25 min to store after being told a pair of UGG slippers were in stock on phone. Arrived only to find out none were available. Poor customer service..
"Beware" Worst store customer service on the planet to deal with for just to exchange the right size of the shoe, i bought $120.00 shoe after 3 days later i went back with receipt to take the same shoe just 1 size smaller one, because i realize the shoe size wasn't right size, store supervisor or he could be the manager come to me and said we can not take it back, i said i don't want to refund or exchange i just need the right size of the same shoe he said NO NO we can not take it back even tho we can not you give you your right size of the shoe! why you didn't realize your size wasn't good? so i have real bad experience to KICKSUSA ewing store. You are being warned to buy from this store, thanks
Honestly they weren't engaging in customers like that. They just gossiped and didn't seem interested in trying to help. I'm just glad I finally got the shoes I needed. They took forever by gossiping and making me wait
Very nice items here and found my daughter's sneakers for school. Everything was helpful with my shopping experience
