I bought a pair of UGG boots for my daughter a week ago from the Willow Grove Mall, in Willow Grove, Pa. Mind you, first time at this store. We went to return the UGG boots because they were too small, we had the receipt, the original box as you are suppose to. My daughter only tried the boots IN our house, to find out that they felt uncomfortable. Not wanting money back just an even exchange to a bigger size. My daughter explained the situation to the cashier, who was VERY unprofessional & rude to her, even before my daughter could get a word in edge wise, the cashier she said NO I cannot accept these because they’ve been worn, as my daughter proceeded to explain to her again, yes, I tried them on IN my house and they were uncomfortable, the cashier had the nerve to say… to a brand new pair of UGG boots “the inside is word” Worn???? …. How can a brand new pair of UGGs boots be worn from just trying them on one time IN our house to see if they fit. They were NOT worn outside, they were NOT worn for days, she put them back in its original box the same day after she tried them on, to return them the following Saturday. Morale of this story is…. We will NEVER return to this store or purchase anything from this store again! They say first impressions are the most important! Well….NEVER AGAIN!!! This was the worst customer service ever!! Oh I forgot to mention, the cashier she said she needed to call her manager, which she proceeded to lie to her Manager and make up her own conclusions, based on her lies, the Manger said No, did NOT taking into consideration what my daughter explained to her. My daughter was very upset at this point, as the cashier rudely handed her her receipt back and gave her a look like get out”
Awful customer service! My husband and I were in store today while they were not busy and the lady with the long hair that was slouched over and on her phone at the front of the store was beyond rude to us. She acted like we were inconveniencing here by asking if they had a shoe size. She rolled her eyes, spoke under her breath and made inappropriate comments about us to employees over her mic. She then proceeded to bring out the wrong size shoe, which wasn’t an issue to us, but she made a huge deal about it. I wouldn’t return to this store and I’ll be sure to let friends and family know of this ugly experience caused by this miserable human. If you don’t want to work and actually help customers, maybe retail isn’t for you!! Disgusting!
Store doesn't have a working phone number, so no way to get ahold of any employees to ask any type of questions, also every review I see is negative and I believe it. trash service from snipesusa period ! And some of the locations are trash service too.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I've never experienced anything like the lack of customer service/lies here. They didn't have the size shoe I wanted but they said they could have it transferred from another kicksUSA within a week. Cool, no problem. After a week, no one calls to say if the shoe came in so I drove there to check because the phone line to their store was down. When I got there, they had the shoe but in the wrong size. The employee said he would have the correct size "expedited". Again, cool no problem. Another week goes by, I hear nothing so I go there again. This time, I talk to a different employee said the other guy never called for the other size. So again, employee #2 called another store to have the correct size sent. That was a week ago. Still, nothing, This store is literally a joke, never again. Not sure how yall stay in business this way.
They sold me clothes yesterday and never mentioned they wouldn't exchange or return it if it didn't fit even though i specifically asked about the size multiple times. Came first thing in the morning to the person who sold it to me and she said we can't return or exchange right now but was super hype to sell it to me
They closed an hour earlier than they were supposed to. It is a great inconvenience to everyone not only me who wanted to buy some shoes or clothes ect.
All the employees I've ever had contact with are so nice and friendly. Really nice shoe displays and alot in stock. The machine to check sizes is a feature also.
Found my granddaughter birthday present there and I thought for sure they would be sold out. So the smile on my baby face was priceless because she got her sneakers.
Came in to get a raffle ticket to get some air jordans but the associate lied & said to do it online & through the app. He must of thought i was stupid because i already checked before i went in & the site said only at participating stores. This was one of them. By his body language i can tell he was acting shady. Its sad because over sneakers u gotta lie to customers? I wouldnt recommend this store. Go to other kicks besides this one. Try olney they have good service.
Just visited the store in Willow Grove. A pair of sneakers were purchased for me in the King of Prussia store. They were too small and needed to be returned. The salesperson in the KoP store said that they could be returned at any store. Willow Grove did not allow the return because they “didn’t carry that particular shoe”. This policy obviously only pertained to that store, which is an inconvenience to the customer.....not to mention they lost a sale.
