Bring us great items your kids have outgrown and make money! We look for stain free, no tears, up to date styles and items other moms are looking to buy. Clean and odor free, dry and stacked flat with outfits put together will make your selling to u a great experience. No need to pin, leave all tags from new items in place. We ask you to stay as we quickly presort, 15-20min and then will call you after the buy is complete. You will have two offers cash and instore credit that pays 20% more!

Buying hours: Sunday-Friday 10am to 5pm

How to Prepare Your Things We're looking for items in like-new condition and current style. Toys and baby equipment must meet current safety standards and cannot be on the CPSC Recall List. (We'll check this for you). Here are some tips to earn the most money for your things:

1.Lay clothing flat in a bin or box with outfits together. No hangers or safety pins.
2.Freshly launder your items.
3.Wipe down toys and baby equipment so they look clean
4.Put all toy pieces together and make sure toys work
5.Check out our website for things currently needed.

They sold me something with pen marks and didn’t allow me to return it. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the customer service was horrible. The ladies behind the counter weren’t even apologetic and gave me an attitude. Make sure you look at whatever you’re buying thoroughly if you even decide to buy here but I would recommend you don’t, the staff is very unhelpful, uninterested and rude.

Love this store. Best place to shop for my daughter! Everyone is super friendly! I also love that she can try things on so I'm not wasting money on something she isn't sure about.

Employees look miserable. Associate Holly was rude and snappy because I wanted to check what items of mine they were wanting to keep. $6 cash or $8 store credit for what they wanted to keep was ridiculous. But I went ahead with the process because my kids needed school clothes. You need to hire people with better attitudes. I definitely didn’t like the vibe in this store. Better off going to “Once upon a child”

I walked into consign and not one employee spoke. I was new to the process and no one made it easy. It seemed as if I, the one bringing in potential inventory, was in the way. They bought a good bit of clothes for a very low price but what they didn't buy she rudely and without warning or explanation of the process dumped my once folded clothes into a box for me to rebox!!! And walked away to fold more clothes. Very unprofessional 10/10 do not recommend

The organization in this shop speaks to me soul. Clothes, shoes, books, toys and other necessities are all neatly organized and clearly labeled and priced which makes shopping enjoyable. The prices are very good and the merchandise is quality. I've already recommended the shop and will continue to shop there myself.

Terrible customer service from the entire staff. I have been in multiple times over the last 5 years, and every time they’ve have consistently terrible customer service. They barely acknowledge you, and they have terrible people skills. After my most recent experience, I will be taking my business to Once Upon a Child exclusively.

It’s super clean and well organized. Not overwhelming like some other second hand shops. The clothes were great quality as well!

I've been here a couple of times and I love how it has plenty of options in the boy clothes and everything is really organized and clean. Everyone is also very nice and helpful!

I have been here several times. I am not sure what i continue to come back. They are VERY difficult to work with and not at all accommodating to sell to. I’ve been in contact with several different staff members and all of them have had a sharp tongue and easy to fly all over you if you do not “know” the rules of selling. There is another resale shop within driving distance who are always much more accommodating.

I love this store it has all kinds of kid items and toys you may need or just want.
