Awesome pretend play space for kids. So many room and so much to do. My 4 year old son absolutely LOVES Kid City. Definitely can spend upwards of 3+ hours exploring and having fun. They have a nice covered picnic area outside.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$6–10
All I can say is WOW! What a cute place!! It’s so nicely built and made inside. It is a literal kid city. For the size of the building I was really impressed by all of the attractions inside. Every section was really well done, the paintings and murals on the walls are really good and detailed- fun to look at. It’s honestly hard to pick a favorite room/theme- we loved them all. For sure a fun way to beat the heat on a hot summer day. We didn’t get a chance to use any of the snack areas, but they looked nice and clean. There is a spot right inside the door too to put your personal belongings you don’t want to carry around. The staff we saw was really nice. And many bathrooms around the building as you walk through. We had tons of fun and plan to be back!
"NOTICE! This Coop is Now Gender Neutral" It's quite disappointing that Kidcity Children's Museum has chosen to prioritize political agendas over providing a fun and educational experience for 1-7-year-old children. The recent decision to make the coop gender neutral seems unnecessary and irrelevant to the interests and needs of young children. Children and chickens alike are unlikely to be concerned with such political matters. Unfortunately, it seems that Kidcity Children's Museum is more interested in pushing their own ideologies than catering to the developmental needs of children. This approach feels like a disservice to parents who expect a neutral and inclusive environment for their kids to learn and play. Instead of indulging in unnecessary politicization, Kidcity Children's Museum should focus on delivering a quality experience for children, taking inspiration from establishments like Bud Light and Target. These successful brands manage to cater to a wide range of customers without subjecting young minds to divisive ideologies. Instead of focusing on delivering a quality experience that puts children's needs first, Kidcity Children's Museum seems more preoccupied with promoting a "woke" culture. This approach mirrors the mistakes made by other companies, such as Bud Light and Target, who suffered significant revenue losses when they veered into political involvement. Parents seeking a politically neutral environment for their children may want to consider alternatives. In light of the museum's apparent inclination towards promoting a "woke" culture, I cannot recommend visiting Kidcity Children's Museum if you want to shield your children from such influences. It's unfortunate to witness a place that should prioritize children's innocence and joy become a platform for political agendas.
I took my 1 year old here & I will never forget the look of just pure joy on his face. The way he ran around so excited to see all these insanely awesome interactive exhibits was just heartwarming. The toddler area was one of his favorites, it was such a chill environment in comparison to the top floors. I recommend this place to anyone who has kids that fit the age-range. It is just absolutely amazing & the fact it’s affordable for families who have a state-benefit card is just so thoughtful & inclusive. I also absolutely LOVE the breastfeeding mermaid in the toddler area, that was such a beautiful piece. All the artwork in this place is amazing. Staff is really friendly too <3 if I could give it 100 stars then I would.
Had a great time! I've been trying to find a time to bring my toddler here and we finally made it. So, glad we did & we'll definitely be back. My very active kiddo had a great time and we spent over 5 hours w/a few breaks playing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tons to do, there was something new around every corner. Lovely rooms, thoughtfully made, and engaging for the littles. I can't say enough great things about kidcity! I read a few very few low reviews, and IMO, I think the few people that didn't like this place probably just don't enjoy kid-centered activities. I you have an active and curious young child that you want to keep busy pack some lunch/snacks/bag full of random little kid supplies, and head to kidcity. You'll be pleased! Just a heads up, times tickets get listed at 3pm for the next day and often sell out quickly, so set an alarm and plan ahead.
Such a awesome place. Loved how they designed all the different rooms. Let's your imagination run wild. My son was so happy here. Definitely will be coming back.
Best children’s museum we’ve visited so far! Not big but so many to do inside. Everything was carefully, considerably and heartily designed and built. Everything corner is being utilized very well. Toys and surfaces are frequently sensitized. The owner and staff truly put their hearts in it. This museum is for little ones and preschoolers.
We made reservations for a Thursday morning at 9:30. It wasn't crowded yet, but by 10:30 it was very crowded. There is plenty of a variety of things for the children to do and they have a room for 2 yrs and younger, although there isn't too much in that area. The cost was$12 per person which can add up if Mom and Dad go and have more than one child. There is a designated place to eat your snacks if you choose to bring any. There is public parking with meters that take coin or a credit card. I believe It was $1 per hour. We stayed 1 1/2 hours with our 23 month old granddaughter. She would have been happy staying longer but it was getting a bit to crowded for us
This place is open to ages 1 through 8. Sections with climbing, exploration and imagination throughout. 90 minutes was sufficient and maybe 2 hours had it not started to get busier. Reservation online only, no walk-ins, I liked that. They have 4 bathrooms and a fun section in the basement for 1 and 2 year olds. You do pay to park with a meter. Coins or card. 1.00 an hour. 10.00 per person for entry.
I don't know what took me so long to go here! What an awesome place! We could have been there for days. Staff was nice and working hard to keep things clean.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entryFree
