Dr Torres and his staff are awesome. I’ve been with the Kidney Care Associates since 2009, when I moved back to Sherman. I have enjoyed being their patient and I’ve received excellent care from the doctors and staff.
Dr. Luis Torres and the Staff are amazing. I had a great experience, they are very attentive and professional. Dr Torres is very nice, he answered all my questions with no rushing me like other doctors, I highly recommend Dr. Torres.
Ended up in the ER and was referred to this company for testing/new patient services. Spent first working day "Monday" calling to get things rolling so I could get an appt ASAP. Between calling the ER and my primary to send records/calling to confirm they received them and calling them every few hours to see if anything has been done expressing that I needed to see someone before leaving the following week on a business trip. Going on 2nd day now without 1 phone call to set something up. IF YOU NEED new patient services this has NOT been the place to go.
Dr. Reynolds and staff excellent..always kind and caring...we appreciate them!
Dr Torres and Dr Shafique are amazing.
