First visit left was a wonderful first impression: Awesome practice, from the office staff to the NP! They are down to earth with great bedside manner AND a sense of humor! They listen, they care and I feel I am in good hands! Thank you!
My wife goes to Dr. Diab. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Dr. Diab is very pleasant and thorough. He explains test results so we can understand them and is very happy to answer any questions you may have. Would highly recommend him.
This practice ordered a ton of test for my son and put Stage 2 Kidney Disease on the rec for the orders, my son does not have Kidney Disease, we just went to see him for blood in the urine. When we showed up for the visit Dr. Diab first looked at his ultrasound image not the actual report that said it was normal and told us that he had polycystic kidney disease and started pointing out all the tumors he saw. Then he asked if my son drank water before the test, we let him know that YES he drank water because the test they ordered required him to why he didn't know that is beyond me. So then Dr. Diab decided that he didn't see tumors and instead he saw dilated calyces and it could be caused by a few different conditions and that he would need to biopsy his kidney to find out. Well needless to say we got a second opinion and the second doctor confirmed that he doesn't have kidney disease and does not need a biopsy at this point. When I spoke to Dr. Diab to ask him to remove the "Stage 2 Kidney Disease" from the order rec he argued with me, told me he does have it because his GFR was low, told me to Google it, then simply got frustrated and told me to just sue him and hung up on me. So I just wanted to put this out there as a word of warning for other patients. I am so glad I didn't let him biopsy my son's kidney. I can say that the rest of his staff that we experienced were wonderful.
This kidney specialist is fantastic! I feel they saved my life. They not only got me out of acute kidney failure, but saved my kidneys completely leaving me with no residual damage at all. I expected to have some level of permanent damage & after a few months have absolutely none. These are great doctors who really know their business. The doctors & office staff are very friendly, pleasant, caring, & helpful. Highly recommend!
The visit was virtual but very effective. The Dr was personable, ready to talk to and seemed genuinely concerned with figuring out my problem and solving it. If you are having issues with your kidneys, I highly recommend her. This was my first visit with her but she already knew my medical history, spoke openly to me in terms I could understand and her confidence put me at ease. Good doctor! Go see her.
The Dr was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Good bedside manners. Answered all questions. I didn't leave wondering what was going on. He set a plan in motion while in the office and explained every detail of the plan.
The kidney specialists front desk manager is a real pro. She handles all of my appointments, my lab requests, and the bill reconciliations that I have. The doctor herself takes the time to get a good history from me as well as any kind of issues that are happening. My relationship with both of these two people has been developing since I first visited them last December. I feel like we're a real team now.
Dr. Barmar communicates in an easily understood manner and his diagnostics are very clear and helpful.
The Custome re Service was Great. I LOVE this Office. Very Convient, Clean, Nice and Organized
I like coming here because everyone is very nice & I feel like I'm getting the best care. I would recommend them to anyone.. I especially like how they explain everything. Dr Nasery is my doctor & She is amazing! I also like her receptionist. She is very kind & helpful. Thank you everyone
