Kids Foot Locker

Nice selections to choose from, great prices, and great advice.. but what you're not gonna do is try to force your decision on me on what I should buy. I walked out because your employee brought me to that point of flipping out on her. I didn't catch her name, but she was the tall female with the attitude 1:10 pm 8/28/23

They had a wonderful selection as always. It's just hard finding the correct size and shoes .Only two associates in the store .One at the register and the other one assisting customers and putting up stock. Take longer than usual to get what you need.

Had a great experience. I stay an hour away so I called for some timberland before I made the trip. The manager Ms Jeana was very professional. She actually checked and made sure they had the size I needed before I came. Thanks

What a joke. Many people in the store. Associates were standing around talking. Asked about some Air Force Ones and was directed to another section. The associate did not follow us over there and continued to commune with the other lazy sales associates. I immediately left the store and spent 5 minutes ordering at nike.com.....I will not be giving Foot Locker my money with service like that.

The sales person was very helpful and patient with us while we were shopping for school shoes for a 2nd grader. When she needs shoes, we'll go to kids foot locker from now on! She loves her "sick" new shoes! Lol!

Shoe was clean and in order. Store manager, Jeana, was nice and offered help without being pushy. Pleasant experience.

Website is always not working when they have a sale. Called customer service and they didn't even know what they were doing. Finish line here I come, never seen a company not want business.
