The staff is so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and spacious.

I came in this store because I was looking for some black sneakers for myself. The store manager I presumed greeted me when I walked in. They weren't busy customer wise but everyone seemed to be busy with another tasks. I'd asked him store manager to assist me with getting a shoe after seeing that the young he asked to help me ended up doing something else. However he called some people from the back to assist me and was kind of aggressive with asking them to get on the ball. I don't think it was anything to be alarmed about more than it was him realizing all of the customers at their competitors store and not wanting to lose customers. A young man came from the back and assisted me from that point on. Not much of a variety in shoes or socks. All no show socks and no long socks at all. Needless to say I had to go across the aisle for that and once I got there realized they had more shoe options and probably had the shoe in my size that I wanted that this store didn't have. I probably would come back in this store after checking out the competitors first to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want.

Not crowded with employees which made the shopping experience more personalized. The great helping me choose my Son's gift was highly helpful and even held the shoes shortly while I went to get the money and the whole shopping experience was the best one yet.

Brought a pair of nice Puma Rugrats shoes from the location. Great customer service from one of the staff members who assisted us my mother and myself. Will visit again

The service was horrible! We waited for over 20 minutes and still didn't get an answer on if the shoes were available

It's always a pleasure to visit kids Foot Locker at Pembroke mall customer service is great. The cashier and any of the employees are willing to assist you.

Customer service was great every employee spoke, didn't have to wait, had what we was looking for.

Didn't like that they force you give up your email to ring up a transaction.

Oh my toddler sneakers are so expensive. $80+ for sneakers for a 1 year old.....oh my.
