Thomas C. Plunkett, Partner
Mr. Plunkett graduated from Brown University in 1971 and Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1975. His areas of speciality are tort liability, insurance law, commercial litigation, and environmental litigation and regulation. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of America. Mr. Plunkett has been admitted to practice in Rhode Island, the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Charles N. Redihan, Jr., Partner
Mr. Redihan graduated from Brown University in 1971 and Suffolk University Law School in 1976. He has been a member of the Rhode Island bar since 1976, and joined the firm as a partner in 1990. His primary areas of practice are defense in tort litigation and commerical litigation. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Redihan has been admitted to practice in Rhode Island, the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Michael S. Kiernan, Partner
Mr. Kiernan graduated from Providence College in 1990 and received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1998. He has been a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association since 1998 and the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island since 1999.
Eric Dimario, Associate
Mr. DiMario graduated from the University Wesleyan University in 2000. He studied law at Suffolk University where he recieved his degree in 2004. Mr. DiMario was admitted as an attorney in Rhode Island in 2004, in Massahusetts in 2005 and in the U.S. District Court of the District of Rhode Island in 2006.
Brittanee N. Bland, Associate
Ms. Bland graduated in 2007 cum laude from the University of South Florida. She studied law at Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Bland became a certified mediator through the Roger Williams Mediation Program. She was a member of the Roger Williams Law Review where she published Wills & Trusts: Estate of Giuliano v. Guiliano, Roger Williams University Law Review, Vol. 14:539 (2009). In 2010 Ms. Bland graduated from the Roger Williams University School of Law honors program cum laude. She was admitted into the Rhode Island Bar Association in 2010 and in 2011 became a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Ms. Bland is an active member in the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association and in the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Bland focuses on Estate Planning, Creditor’s Rights, and Civil Litigation.
Ryan Hurley, Associate
Mr. Hurley graduated from the University Connecticut College in 2001. He studied law at Wake Forest School of Law and graduated in 2006. In 2006, Mr. Hurley became a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and in 2007 he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Rhode Island Bar. Mr. Hurley's practice focuses primarily in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, environmental law, employee benefits, real estate, probate and employment law. He is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Federal District Court for the District of Rhode Island Bar Association.
