Had an amazing experience working with Jen & her team! As first time home buyers, my wife and I had many questions about the process. Jen was extremely attentive and helpful making sure that everything was clearly explained to us. It amazed me at how quickly Jen responded whenever we needed something. After putting our house on the market initially with a different firm and crickets 3 months later, we found Jen @ Kifer Sparks on a whim at an Open House a family member attended in a nearby neighborhood. After talking with her about our needs, she turned around to stage our house and list it at lightning speed, and it was under contract in less than 2 weeks. The process with Jen from start to finish was easy, professional and EXTREMELY organized. We would recommend Kifer Sparks a million times over!!
Jen was amazing! Her and the team was very professional and organized! We were really impressed at how smooth everything went from the buy of our new lakehouse to the sell of our old one. They made the transition so easy! I also thought the stager they use did a great job of getting our house ready for the market! Our house sold in 3 days. Highly recommend using Jen if you want an effortless process.
The Kifer Sparks Agency was incredible to work with. Especially since we were doing this transaction from 900 miles away in Colorado. Natalie was incredibly thorough, and she helped us install new flooring and paint with minimal effort from us - so that we could get the highest amount from our home when selling it. The ladies at Kifer Sparks Agency were a joy to work with on our first home buying experience! The entire staff – from Kaylea providing helpful communications throughout, and the way Jen owner and Meaghan handled our needs – we found these ladies well organized from start to finish and a testament to their professionalism. Jen Sparks responded to our initial inquiry and got the ball rolling, introducing us to the Agency. That speaks volumes when the owner of the company takes the lead in your search and takes the time to personally connect us to her colleague Meaghan, assuring we would be in great hands. They all expressed a sincere interest in getting to know us and the type of home we were looking for from acreage to single-family, providing honest feedback about the condition and location of each place. Meaghan personally made efforts to take multiple trips out to the home we locked-in on making sure we were taken care of, from small fixes to meeting with the inspector and builder multiple times to assure us of the quality of work and home we were getting. Meaghan even provided helpful links to our local utilities and made several inquiries for us to the builder, HOA and lender on our behalf. She is a gem, and we thank Jen for directing us to her and truly appreciate the personal care the entire team gave us! We felt so much peace during the process because buying home can be very stressful, but they made the extra effort to make us laugh, think and see this process through to the end effortlessly. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future home/land purchases in central Texas.
