I tell you what, for most of my life I hated going to the dentist because every hygienist I saw left my gums so sore, raw, and bloody after every appointment. When I finally switched offices and had Jodi at Dr Kile, Robinson, and Jung, as my hygienist, it was a godsend! She's gentle, quick, does a DAMN good job and truly cares about her patients!!
Fantastic place! The best dentist I personally have been to in my entire life. Honestly. The amount of time and care is just amazing. They have put so much extended time and care into my teeth. I am so greatful everytime I have something fixed. Btw If any dentist you go to has an "in house plan" to purchase and your discount rate for sealants are $40.. your being robbed. That is the regular going price. Don't be had by some of the dentists in the area like I was. 4 teeth fixed for me at this location $600ish, immaculate service, lots of time taken for care and detail. Other locations 4 teeth fixed for my son $1100, way too fast of a visit which makes me question service, and an hour wait time.
Going here for cleanings is ok, but they are very bad at doing fillings. Aside from other stories I've heard, they personally messed up mine. Starting this off I am an autistic 17 y/o with very bad sensory issues. I was told 2 fillings would take 30 minutes. It took about an hour and 30 minutes. I had two very minor cavities and when they drilled one, they went through the side of my tooth and drilled out far more than they needed both being said to me by a different doctor was unnecessary. They also did not listen to me when I tried to tell them that it physically hurt multiple times and just continued on. However the nurse there was very amazing and talked about resin with me and showed me photos of pretty landscapes and listened to me ramble to help calm me down.
Best dentist. Never have any issues. Unfortunately if you have to cancel and reschedule your appointment, you need to be placed on their cancellation because they are always booked. Usually, you'll get a call back with a cancelled appointment pretty quick. The staff are always pleasant.
These 3 dentists are the best group of dentists I ever had. They really care about their patients. My kids loved going to the dentist because of them. And all the staff is extremely nice. I would never go anywhere else.
I had gone here in college when I was still under my parents insurance and never worried about costs. After moving around the state, and finally ending up close again, I realized it was time to get my mouth checked. Even without any dental insurance prices were very good. The staff was professional, friendly, and on time. I will go here again, and recommend it to friends.
It’s been 9 months since Robinson unnecessarily drilled into my 2 back molars and I am STILL dealing with problems from that. It didn’t help that he drilled into them claiming “preventative care” for future cavities and then after the first round of sensitivity, looked at the X-ray for 5 minutes and told me there was a cavity in that dark shaded spot thus changing his story. Of course, nothing was in the notes about either. After drilling into those fillings again to put medicated fillings in, he effectively removed 80% of the surface area of both teeth when the original fillings I did have from years ago were only a quarter of the tooth surface area. Since visiting other dentists, they’ve been trying to adjust the bite to fit, which is what happens when you drill most of the surface area of a tooth away and even part of the occlusions. I’m not sure what the heck they are doing there. I’ve met a few people with similar stories from them - including a woman whose filling and subsequent re-filling was so poorly done by Robinson, the next dentist had to just go and pull the tooth out! He essentially just gutted the whole tooth and even the next dentist admitted the work was so badly done. Save yourself some woe and go somewhere else.
Hands down the best group of dentists ever. Very caring,professional,and they do top notch work. Highly recommend to all. I have been going since i was18 and here i am 37.
Just called and needed to figure out if they take my insurance, the receptionist told me to call my insurance company and find out if they take my insurance. As a medical facility, you should know what insurances you accept and which you don't. I worked for an insurance company and the way we figured out for our clients what medical offices took our insurance, was to call the damn office and ask them. So unhelpful and so rude.
Dr. Kile is a great dentist. Most important is the entire staff follow aseptic/clean techniques.
