Had my unit for quite some time now. Ran into issues with door opening recently. The maintenence man was very friendly and helped out. Management was also worried and worked towards a solution for door issue. Unit is great and very dry inside. No complaints what so ever. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much!

all I have experienced is rising rent increases which is pathetic for the disabled since I cannot afford nor am I able to move to a different storage facility

AWFUL. They’ve stolen money from me by canceling my autopay SEVERAL TIMES, refused to give me the money back. The employee huffed “oh my god” under its breath when I kept saying I wanted my money back, and then refused to let me talk to a supervisor above her.
I began my rental June 29, 2019 over the phone, making a reservation. With the reservation, the admin fee was supposed to be waived. I arrived at the location, and began the process on the kiosk to begin the rental using my reservation. I was unable to access my reservation. I needed this unit last minute, so I had to go on and rent without the reservation. I, of course, tried the call button to reach someone 24 hrs who could possibly help, but they were unable to hear me. I ended up spending 3+ hours attempting to get this unit rented. Ultimately I was able to get it rented. I was very frustrated, but grateful that I was able to get the unit I needed. I got online and tried to make an account. Which was simple enough. But then I was unable to access my account. I called customer service. I was able to make my payment over the phone to them, but not access my accont. Of all the times they tried to help, we never figured it out together. Sitting here by myself today, trying once more to access my online account for the convenience of making payments monthly, I finally was able to figure it out that they have 2 Kilgore locations, and I was most likely logging in on the incorrect location. I finally figured it out! I worry that no one that worked for this company put this together over all the calls. The only thing they have done other than be kind, was credit me one month. Although from the beginning this has been nothing but frustrating for me, nothing ever seemed to want to work as it was designed to. I am grateful that I have the unit for my brother's things, but also bummed that it cost so much for one small unit and for service that isn't reliable with helping meet my needs to be able to pay my bill efficiently. My work schedule doesnt allow me much time to do other things. It is even difficult for me to call during business hours. Happy I figured it out and can now access online, but bummed that it wasnt with the help from the company.
Horrible ! I was. Locked in the gate for hours and only got out when aguy came to get in and his code finally opened the gate itcost me a days work 2 ppts and180 $and still no return phone call
