Kilgore City Hall

Utility office personnel are extremely rude and unhelpful. It doesn't matter if we are calling to pay a bill or change account information, they are always SO rude.

The woman answering the telephone is INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!! She basically denies you service from the get go and offers NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Change your attitude or find a new job because customer service is NOT FOR YOU!

Administration office is closed to the public. Their water bill admin is rediculous. They force you to do a bank draft to be able to make water bill payment on time. I live alone and my water bill is always seventy to eighty dollars.

It takes forever to get a hold of anyone and when I do the lady is rude. Very rude. Just trying to get basic information. Didnt raise voice and she was very snippy. Manager no different.
