What do you get from CrossFit that is different from a typical gym membership? At a typical gym, you pay a flat fee to use the equipment; no guidance, no instruction, just do-it-yourself. At KillBox CrossFit you will receive exceptional training that includes programmed workouts and scaling, daily instruction and coaching, nutritional advice and targeted programming if desired. You are not on your own at KillBox CrossFit! Every class you attend is instructed by a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
