Really cool store!! Smells amazing like leather! Great prices and the staff was so friendly!
great staff, very friendly and helpful, and they had a dog there!!! maybe a poodle mix. his name was Ozzy. I love small business that do that type of thing with the dogs. Really just makes you feel welcome. I have definitely found my new boot store. Can't wait to go back and see Ozzy.
Needed to order two hats on a Monday morning. Needed them delivered by Wednesday for an event on Thursday. Gentleman I spoke with at the store was awesome. Took my name and personally insured he would have it packed and shipped by noon. He also called me to make sure I knew it was on the way and should be to my home in time. Thank you Killer Hats...you have a forever customer
Love this place! They just expanded to the 2nd half of the building to add more women's items mostly BOOTS. The clothing is kinda pricey, but if you need good and/or stylish western boots, they have a ton of options now! There's some discounted clothing items as well. I think they're just going to get better. I love my new Ariats :
Fantastic customer service! When I told the young women I was a 13 ee, she went in the back and brought me out all of the cowboy boots she had in that size. I almost bought two pair so she wouldn't have to carry them all back. Very sweet, helped my daughter pick out a purse.
Sadly this doesn't exist anymore. I drove here from York only to find a women's clothing store by a different name. When I called it was just a busy signal. They had the best hat selection around and I will miss them
I didn't buy anything as I was in a foul mood when I was there so don't take the three atars too seriously. What I did observe was high quality hats with a wide variety of styles. Also a serious western coat amd boot retailer if that's your thing. The service was very personable though the guy was swamped he was pleasant and knowledgeable.
My daughter and I went there yesterday 12/13/2014, best customer service I have received in a long time!!! Friendly, knowledgable, and fun people. Went above and beyond to help my daughter find a boot that was right for her. Would recommend this store and by the way...tons of boots, hats and whatever you may need! Phenomenal customer service!!! Thank-You very much!!
My husband and I just came back from a trip to PA. He wanted to go to this store to check out their hats, so we did. It was a nice store with a pretty wide selection of hats, boots and other western wear. The two ladies working on the day we went were really nice, but I’m only giving 3 stars because the way one of the ladies was dressed was VERY unprofessional!! She was extremely indecent while showing my husband different pairs of boots and it really ruined the experience and my poor husband was trying to be kind and still speak without having to look at her. I suggest that some more proper clothing be worn when working with the public. It was not professional at all. Not everyone wants to see women exposing themselves! All in all it’s a very nice store and we were happy to finally leave with some nice new boots and a hat for my husband.
This place was absolutely awesome. Excellent customer service. Went in for a pair of boots and ended up learning so much! The variety of boots seems endless. It's cowboy boot heaven. Highly recommended, well worth the drive from Sinking Spring.
