Clean, beautiful, and sound proof new facility! Seriously no hearing of drills from the waiting room at all. The staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are efficient and fast. There are also no hard sell tactics which I love! Bonus points for the lovable dogs in the office if your worried about your procedure. Thank you Kilman Dental for treating me so wonderful for my visit.
It was my first visit to this office, and I was very pleased with the dental staff at Kilman. Very peaceful and lovely office. Dr. Kilman was very pleasant and fixed two teeth for me to perfection one chipped tooth and one that needed buffing of a sharp point. I'm so glad that I found this dentist. The reviews online were positive, and they were not wrong!
New patient…took a while to get an appointment, but very through! Techniques newer than my previous dentist. Lauren was my hygienist who kept me informed all along the way! I felt she and Dr Erwin were very knowledgeable. Hoping I get to visit the “furry docs” on my next visit! A++ to the scheduler I didn’t get her name who worked within my schedule parameters with a smile, and even helped figure out a technical issue I was having!! Thanks for going above and beyond!
The ladies at New Smyrna Office are very professional, kind and thorough. The new fancy office is state of the art! BUT—The cost of dental care is horrible. I have a great job and can not afford to take minimal care of my mouth. I tried to save money by paying prior to services. I did not see the value of purchasing an “in office plan”. That is a sad state of our world. The Kilman Dental Group can try to make the service a value but I just can’t see myself or our local community able to make dental appointments with the prices at this dentist group.
My experience was great. The building is immaculate, staff very friendly. I arrived a little early for my appointment but they took me in early. Ashley, the dental hygienist, was very personable, and did a great job of explaining everything. Would highly recommend Kilman Dental Group to anyone.
Had a great experience. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in next day. Pretty large practice with 3 dentists. All the staff were super welcoming and they made sure my insurance was accepted before my appointment. I will be using them in the future!
Professional Office and staff. Everyone was kind and took their time to take care of me. I was very pleased to see that they have programs that you can sign up for that are not very expensive that will provide you with cleaning, x-rays and examinations along with an emergency visit. Check them out if your looking for a Great Dentist!
This was my first visit at Kilman Dental. It was a super experience, everyone was very nice, I had the best teeth cleaning that I have had in years. Dr. Kilman was very professional and took care of a couple of small dental issues I have been having without having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend them.
I have followed this dentist for over 20 years and this office just keeps getting better. Always the latest technology and education and the most professional, ethical and courteous staff here. Unlike other dental pratices I have had in the past, there is no pressure and Dr Kilman, and the hygienists always make me feel comfortable and I can trust them.
Jennifer my assigned Dental Hygienist, who recently completed her training at Daytona State College did a very gentle, but thorough, cleaning of my teeth after taking full Bite Wings for examination by Dr. Kilman. Jennifer had a very pleasing personality that would put anyone, no matter how nervous, at ease. However, one of the best things from the experience was: "Look ma', no cavities!"
