Kim Dental Care

Worst experience ever!!! Would give negative stars if I could!!! Went to Kim Dental Care to get a partial denture. It did not fit properly causing one of the metal clasps to fall out into my mouth. Fortunately I did not swallow it as it could have caused serious problems as it was quite sharp! I took it back to Dr. Kim who took a new impression and sent both I assume the new impression and the partial. Upon returning to get what I expected to be a properly fitting partial, I found out that it was the same partial and they merely reattached the clasp making them fit worse than before! They were extremely crooked and looked and felt horrible. However he did not think that anything was wrong. He said that he would contact the lab. When I called back, I was informed that he was just going to refund the cost leaving me to wait for the refund to get to my insurance company before I could even find a new dentist as it maxed out my coverage. It has been three weeks and they still haven't issued the refund Leaving me with missing teeth!

I was scared to death to get my top wisdom teeth out but Dr. Kim reassured me that he has done plenty and that I did not need anesthesia for the procedure. He was right and it was such an easy process, and it took not even 10 min to pull both teeth. I needed to find a dentist since I have moved and he by far is the most convenient and comfortable I have found. You can schedule appointments within a week, if not before when you need a cleaning or procedure. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim if you’re in the search for a great dentist clinic! Staff is so nice and makes you feel comfortable.

Great office located directly in downtown Morrow, Ohio.The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it is an extremely professionally run office. The best dental care me and my family have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff make us feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! Thank You Kim Dental!!!

Wow! If I could rate this with 10 stars I would! All the staff treat u very well and they are very friendly. I get the best experience/care. Michelle does a great job taking her time cleaning my teeth and explaining everything and so does Dr. Kim. Wonderfull people, they make me feel like family. Me and my kids have been seeing Dr. Kim for 5 years now and just wanted to say this is the best dentist place I have ever been too. They definitely take care of us. So thank you to all the staff at Dr. Kim's Dental care.

Great care and trustworthy! My crown had fallen off that another dentist had fixed and I had severe sensitivity but Dr. Kim at Kim's Dental Care knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. The staff here is very nice too. We are switching our whole family to Kim's Dental the 1+ hour drive is worth it because we found the best dentist!!

My whole family goes here and we absolutely love them! Even my toddlers love going to get their teeth cleaned. All of the staff is amazing and friendly, highly recommend!

Dr Kim is the best dentist I've ever visited. His staff is friendly and his equipment is top notch. He ensures his patients experience as little pain as possible. This is the way every medical appointment should be handled! Thank you, Dr Kim and staff, for making comfort in my dental care a priority! I'll never go anywhere else!

Kim plan is great if you don't have dental. First time I have dental and it works well at Dr. Kim and the staff is warm and welcoming.

Dr. Kim's office has always been exceptional on my opinion. Dr. Kim always takes time to explain any procedure needed. Michelle, the hygienist, is always pleasant and friendly. And the rest of the staff has always been accommodating and pleasant as well. I never have to wait long on my appointments and the rates for procedures seems to be comparable to other dental offices. Dr. Kim and his staff were always very patient with my child also who has a fear of dentest

I have not been to the dentist in 15 years, but Dr. Kim and his team were amazing! The most gentle hygienist I have ever had, I am terrified of the dentist, Kim dental care made it the most relaxing enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Kim explained to my level everything that is going on with my teeth. The atmosphere at Kim Dental is very soothing, and I will continue to come to Dr. Kim!
