I've been with Dr. Jung for almost a decade now and from what I've experienced, the level of service here is average. The staff is friendly and well informed. However, I felt the dentist, Dr. Jung, did not properly communicate with me. In my experience, he would do the procedure he saw fit, with little to no consultation with me. In my most recent visit, I went in for 3 fillings. 1 was done on a wisdom tooth that I had planned to extract anyways. After my procedure was done, I ended up leaving with 5. After this experience, I will taking my business elsewhere.
Jung performed a root canal on me...broke off a drill in the tooth...acted like he could care less...worst pain I've every experienced...thank God a good Endodontist was able to fix his horrible attempt. Never ever going back.
As a kid i went to this dentist i have so many issues that never got addressed and now as an adult im having to spend alot of money to fix his mistakes.
My mom went there the dentist was so hard on her teeth never did anything for her teeth I would not trust him on my teeth if I went there
