ADR Law focuses its practice on collaborative divorce, mediation, and negotiated settlement in litigated matrimonial cases. My firm offers expertise in all aspects of divorce and family law matters, including custody, equitable distribution and support.
The word "divorce" should not be synonymous with "destruction." I believe that divorce can and should be a process of restructuring the financial and parental aspects of a family unit in the most cost effective and least expensive and emotionally taxing manner. To that end, ADR Law focuses on collaborative divorce, mediation, and negotiated settlement in litigated matrimonial cases as highly effective alternatives to adversarial litigation.
My goal is to ensure that my client's interests are heard, understood and acknowledged so that the work of restructuring can occur and a fair settlement can be reached as early as possible. With over 25 years of experience focused exclusively in the area of Divorce and Family Law and a strong presence in the legal community, my knowledge and experience will serve as a bridge to your future.
