"Kan Tong" is the name of the original owner of the stall, who went by the nickname Kim. No matter what language you prefer, an exciting meal is on the way. This meal started with a delicious plate of naem khao tod $10, which immediately went to the top of the power rankings with the one at Vientiane down in Garden Grove. In addition to the rice cooked with curry paste and sour sausage, they include peanuts and roasted chili peppers. Freshly chopped up ginger seemingly pervades each and every bite in such a good way.

This place is a little hard to find because it's hidden deep inside the market. Keep going into the market and you'll find a food court where this restaurant is located. The food is authentic as we got from Bangkok. It's extremely spicy. The price is not cheap considering this is a food court. It was featured in one of the Mark Wiens food tour videos.

The food makes my day every day I have the privilege of eating it. Everything is delicious and seriously spicy. My only gripe is that sometimes I think they don't trust me when I say I want it SPICY. The days they trust me and don't hold back, I could not be happier. I look for Thai / Lao food everywhere I go - this place is easily among my favorites.

This place has wonderful som tum and duck larb. For the love of goodness don't get anything beyond medium spicy. We did and it's hot. The taste is wonderfully authentic and Thai. Highly recommended.

Only go if you're in the area. After the rave reviews I saw, this place's taste did not exceed my expectations. For an avid papaya salad lover like myself, I was only able to take few bites of the 2 different styles offered here. The style was right but it was just missing a lot of that extra punch that should have been there but wasn't. Not worth traveling far for.

And I heard people Talk about this restaurant for a while. But I never been. So today 1st time . Why I give 5star . It because of originality taste that most I love.
