We have been in business since 1923, serving our customers through both superior products and superior services. We are a major force in the industrial maintenance aftermarket with unlimited growth potential. We service our Sales Representatives and end-use customers from our corporate office and distribution center in Columbus, Ohio and from our distribution centers strategically located in Dallas, Texas; Reno, Nevada; and Savannah, Georgia.

well our first salesman was absolutely horrible, so we never really bought anything, the second sales person was slightly better but still terrible. The last one didn't listen to anything i said and when i decided to give this company another shot and order some very specific parts to try and start a fresh relationship i was answered with a push for parts that I didn't want. long story short the companies policy to open an account or get pricing is you have to buy something first. hummm i do a lot of work with other supply companies with all kinds of parts and pieces and when one of them wanted my biz they were up front and didn't hide stuff nor did they try to pressure sale me. I would stay far away from these people. shady shady shady. I would be very cautious on dealing with them.
Would give this company negative stars If it were possible. Sales rep was constantly contacting us once we indicated we were possibly interested in creating an account even when we told her we weren't ready just yet. Once we opened the account, same sales rep started billing random items to our account and sending them to us without even asking. Happened twice before we officially told them to just close our account. When we asked why she was even doing this, all she said was that her life was too stressful. What? How does that even make sense for the fraudulent billing. I'm sure others may have had a better experience but after the first time we complained about being billed for something we never ordered, she was somehow still kept employed and was able to do it again.
I own Glenn’s car and truck repair in NJ. I never would talk negative about a company, but I have had such a bad experience with them put in to collections for 380.00 dollars of products we returned to salesmen. So I paid them anyway for absolutely nothing.. we will never do business with them again!
Bait and switch. Orderd $4000 worth of products with an understanding of getting 20% back. Did not get it. Worthless company. Wish I had never met the m.
Kimball midwest is a joke that sells half their products from China even though they pride themselves in being an american made company ..they dont care about their employees DONT WORK FOR THEM OR BUY FROM THEM. The most unprofessional company I've ever encountered! You will get wrong products and billed for what you originally ordered.
Did not use their products. Cannot speak on the quality for those. Their sales rep walked into our shop un-announced twice already. After the first time we had mentioned we were not interested and to call or email us if they wanted to talk more. The same sales rep walked in a second time. Never tried our front door which states "no soliciting". Never called, never emailed. We only noticed he was here when we saw a strange person standing in the middle of our shop. We sternly asked him what he needed and kindly told him to leave. He then started to argue with us and still took some words to get him out of our shop. This is not the way to gain new customers
Sent products I did not order ,followed by an invoice. I will not pay for things I didn't order.. Period !
Arrived to this facility for an upshift shift. Location is convenient to the freeway and easy to find. Process was quick and easy to check-in for my shift. Took temperature and masks required upon arrival. Facility is clean and climate controlled. Not of loud machinery or tons of employees. Task for the day was easy and leadership was very helpful for questions. 8 hour shift went very quickly and highly recommend if thinking about booking this gig on upshift.
DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS! Our shop had purchased a bolt bin that our sales rep had indicated would be filled on a regular basis and stocked with the items we needed. The rep was in here daily until we purchased the product and we have not seen him since!! After several attempts to call our appointed representative, no returned calls, has not stopped back by...we have asked that they remove it as it has not been useful to us as not stocked or kept up as indicated! Of course we still have yet to hear from them but did send us a collections letter!!! Be very weary and do not give in to their over extensive sales pressure, they are not worth it at all!!!
We used kimble for years and had a great experience with are rep. Kevin in the the south Chicago land area. Since moving are shop to Indiana we wanted to keep Kevin but we are being force to use a different rep. Kevin spent years learning how our business ran and how he could best take care of us. He became a friend in the process. Even after explaining to Kevin's bosses our preference for Kevin to continue taking care of us we were told to get f***** and this is how it's going to be. So goodbye Kimball.
