Tried to use this business to have comforters laundered but was quoted unbelievable prices and was told the company that charges this cleaner has that set price as an upcharge. That is a flat out lie. Called other cleaners in the area and they do comforters and for a reasonable price. Would not even attempt to leave anything to this place. Can't call it a business cause they have no business.

I went here for dry cleaning and alterations. Alterations would take 2 weeks and then immediately told that they do not do alterations. Should not advertise this service if not available. Would not recommend. Interestingly, alterations is in the name of the business.
First Time using this buisness. I will never use again. The owner Kim was rude during my drop off items of Baptism robes and towels. I dropped them off on Wednesday after before Thanksgiving. The owner said I couldn't not pick up until Saturday the following week. When arriving today to pick up these items I was greated with Wendy not saying good morning and her first response to me was so " it's my only time to get things done since I live here" as she grumbles under her breath at the cash register. I come from Naperville Illinois and a resident in Bluffton. This by far was the worst customer service I had by far in SC. I will travel to HH or other for dry cleaners . It's very unfortunate it was closest to me.
I’ve been using this cleaners for a few years. After my experience this week and reading these reviews I will not be back. The customer isn’t always right but does not deserve the rudeness. There are many other dry cleaners that show respect. Not too much to ask. I see all your responses accuse others of not speaking the truth when it is YOU who is lying. My experience with you was not today and there was another woman you were rude to. When I saw your demeanor I decided to leave. Look at all your complaints and maybe change your attitude. I was not rude, I didn’t even speak to you. I’d had witnessed enough and just left. You were not trying to assist me. You were just nasty and no I don’t need to ever come to your business again.Service: Clothes pressing
I spoke to someone earlier the day before I went she told me to come back between the hours of 4 and 6. I went during those hours and a associate got really nasty with me and she didn’t ask what i needed help with, I went up to the counter and she told me they weren’t taking anymore customer until February and walked to the back. I have a-lot of Friends and Family who needed Altering to clothing and after that day I HIGHLY don’t recommend them going to this place. Very Rude and you will be disappointed.
Since moving to the Bluffton area I've used Kim's for cleaning, alterations, and as a convenient PO. I understand serving the public can be difficult but I have reached the limit of her overcharging and rudeness. She has implied in the past she resents the people who are her customers, especially during the holiday season. I no longer wish to join her misery and pity her employees.Services: Clothes pressing
I took a dress in for them to clean and press that came back with what looks like irreversible stains. Now I have to take it to someone else. Will never use again or recommend. Also no one spoke to me about my dress prior to cleaning. I was only handed a ticket letting me know when it would be ready.
I took a mattress cover there to be cleaned. I picked it up a week later and when I started to put it back on the bed there were lots of black particles in the seams. Not like that when I took it to them. I took the mattress cover back to the dry cleaner and showed them. I described it as being dirty and asked if they could refund my money and I would take it somewhere else. The owner was angry at me and talked to me very loudly and rude. She said it was not dirt but lint from the inside of the mattress cover. I told her it looked dirty and I wasn’t satisfied. She said no refund. I asked her not to talk to me in the manner that she was and told her that I wasn’t talking to her in that manner. She grabbed the mattress cover off the counter and went in the back of the business and angrily told me that she would take care of it and to come back in a week. The cover was then clean when I picked it up and I was not charged more but because of her actions, I will not do business there again.
