Kincaid funeral gets a 1 star rating because they were ver, very unprofessional to my family with the death of my brother, Larry Early! They did not provide the services that they promised my niece. Which is his only daughter! They did not provide a service car for the family or have a guest book to sign at the visitation! When asked why there was no guest book. a staff told us it was online! The online obituaries are terrible and you could hardly pull it up! And I was not happy with the way the workers put my brothers coffin in the vault! All of it was just disheartening to me! I was very upset of the lack of care given during our time of bereavement and I was really upset about the way you treated his only child! You made her pay you cash up front, but he had insurance! Are you that cash strapped! Your services will no longer be used by the WILLIE or Early family or any extended family members! You need to get it together because I am telling everyone I know to never use your services again! This was totally ridiculous and unnecessary! You will never touch the hair on any of my family members ever again! Jackson and Highly will be getting our business for years to come! It is time that you need to step back and see the problem with how you run your business because if you keep up your practices you will be out of business soon! GOOD RIDDANCE!
