All the staff is very nice. Of course there are those that make the company greater than other rehab businesses. It is evident they’re the ones that were made for the job. They show that they have a heart for what they do and the people they help recover. Bethany Jordan is especially an asset to the profession. I think she does a wonderful job getting my Mom to feel at ease with her physical therapy. Bethany encourages her and motivates her to achieve self rehab goals. In addition, Patricia the Home Health Aide is humble and does an exceptional job with assisting my Mom with showering and making her feel comfortable. It’s great the way she is able to do what might not be easily done by most but is necessary hygienic. I commend her; how she enables my Mom to still have her dignity despite needing help cleaning her personal areas. The rehabilitation being provided is a great work in progress. We appreciate their knowledgeable dedication , strategies and concern. All of this makes her continuing rehab promising. Knowing it has had an inspiring impact in my Mom’s recovery rehabilitation we look forward to even greater success with the future continued support!!! Thank you
The nurses will call to let me know when they are coming out to my house and they still be late.I asked for help dealing with my dad concerning his medication and possibly a hospital bed or know where I could get one through another health care company.They gave me a run around about that and I didn’t get the answer I was looking for.I called the on call nurse due to my dad wasn’t feeling good late at night she was a big help when the lady on the phone said that one of my dad’s nurses will reach out to me she called me back late I must have woken her up out of her sleep.All the nurses who have came out to my house I only like is Mrs.Londa everyone else I didn’t like.Mr.Zachary I like.He gave me a lot of information concerning my dad and other resources to help me with my dad.
Everyone I have come to know at CenterWell has been very caring, supportive, and you just know that they absolutely care about you!!! I have been very thankful for them all!!
Very short but it went very smoothly and I'm happy we called y'all when we did. My daddy was aloud to pass into heaven very calmly and peacefully. THANK YOU!!!
Excellent care my nurse has been nothing but awesome communicates well and is always on time
Kunder care takes care of my friend they are very good they follow up. I have used another service out of Albemarle NC that was no where close to the service care that he recives from Kindred Care. The people are much nicer and more educated and work with him till he gets it done. They check his temp, blood pressure they are always looking for ways to improve on him. I would never have another care service and I highly recommend them. They also have a nurse on call 24/7 that you can call on any time with a problem.
Kindred at Home came to give PT, OT, Speech Therapy, RN & CNA care for my mother when she came home from rehab. Every person she dealt with was understanding, patient, kind and professional. She previously had a different agency which was horrible! You will not be disappointed with all Kindred at Home has to offer...highly recommend!
She was very pleased with professionally that everyone showed her. And I like to thank everyone who helped her get back on the road to recovery.
It was wonderful as usual! Very professional, knowledgeable and caring! Brian and Nicole are awesome!
